Hi there, I’m trying to add a video on product page and home page instead of the sample video in the theme and it looks cropped. What are the best video format and dimensions ? Also theme description says Youtube and Vimeo are supported and I tried to put the link and it doesn’t work
With background video we don’t support for vimeo and youtube You can upload video mp4 on your host and use link I often use 1920×1080 you can edit spacing for section video

I am trying to integrate the app “Amazon Reviews & Ali Reviews” with this theme and I’m having trouble.
I’ve already contacted the app developers and they couldn’t do anything about it because the theme “does not render product ID from our app”. They’ve asked me to contact the theme developer.

Hello, I am currently trying to set up my MEGAMENU however it is not working. I followed the steps in the video tutorial and I also have experience setting up mega menus because my last website had one. Im not sure if its an error in the them however it is just not working. The only thing that is showing up in the menu is the images and etc. The link to actual products under the categories is not showing up. Im using Header 5 can someone please help.

Slideshow – Titles, Headings and Sub-headings – Font colors for desktop and mobile settings.
How do I get the titles, headings and sub-headings that show up as white on the desktop to be black on the mobile? White text on a white background makes it invisible and need to change that.
