BOOKING /APPOINTMENT system is not working after the update. BOOK button is grayed out, despite all info [ email/phone/comment] is filled up in the form. The booking system was broken from the start with hour slots working poorly but now it is completely unusable. It is unacceptable that functionality is broken with the update, especially when I do not have support period available and the product i bought is not working.
Is there any simple fix for “gray” BOOK button in APPOINTMENT FRAME on listing page? or is the end of this adventure for me?

MedicalPro is a plugin for ListingPro and cannot be installed as a theme. You need to first unzip and upload the correct zip file (uploadme-medicalpro-plugin-1.0.zip)

To solve the major redux plugin error after update to version 4.2.10,
You can deactivate the plugin and delete it, then install it again from Appearance—> Install plugins, the older version 4.1.26 will be installed and the website comes back to normal.
The users are facing issues because of the Redux plugin. But now it’s fixed.

Hi, the reason was not at ListingPro theme but the Redux plugin author launched the update and there was some coding error and it caused the fetal error and the site got down but after that they release a new update 4.2.10 which is stable and you can update the Redux plugin now.
Now the problem was solved, you can performed the Redux plugin update safely.

If you have updated to WordPress 5.8 you might have ran into an issue were the widgets screen is completely blank and you are unable to change the sidebar as a result.The issue is with Redux Framework and they are aware. This is the first same conversation I had with support of listingpro theme. The problem was with widgets and wp 5.8 update.
The answer was:

Due to the above discussion, we were waiting for the Redux update that would solve the problem with widgets.
Yesterday the update was published and when we made it done, the website completely broken with error on plugin.

I have just purchase the theme because of demo of lawyer, I paid amount $69 + $2 handlling + approox $9 GST. Now there is no option to download lawyerpro…. What should I do now… How to get it downloaded…..Please advice
