It does not let me delete the YouTube code within the dialogue box. I tried to erase the black space where the code is where video used to be… The old code worked fine.. now it doesnt..but I cannot delete it…?... ?
Click near to the video for a popup bar to appear, just like editing usual text. Then click on the button to switch to source mode. You should see the HTML code. Delete the old code and insert the new code.
I see.. Got it… Hey quick question. I got the videos to play. What is the code or format to allow the videos to 1) Replay, 2) show no one else’s video line up. I just want my video to play on its own and reply after it finishes and show no one else video..
I don’t quite understand, but if you embed a video from a streaming hosting like YouTube via an embed code, then you have only those options that allow you to choose a hosting or that are described in its help system. If you need additional functionality, then you can try using third-party plugins for WordPress.

This is not supported by theme options. This is only possible with custom CSS if you have CSS skills.

You have version 2.7 installed. Latest version 2.8. You bought the theme before the last update. There was a recent update to WordPress. Issues with this update have been fixed in Skrollex 2.8. You need to either install Skrollex 2.8 or downgrade WordPress to version 5.7.

In the free WordPress repository there plugins for this purpose. Plugins that work as shordcodes will work ok on pages created in the Layers editor. Plugins that work as a block will work ok on pages created with a regular WordPress editor.

Means its very poor performace. and no one should buy with this Statistics. Coz Google will not rank any site with poor speed / performance. If you have updated. please share link.
This is not bad performance. If you test other themes with a lot of animations and images on the page and with complicate layout, you will get approximately the same results. Google ranks these sites ok. Performance is one of the parameters that are taken into account when ranking. Behavioral factors are more important for search rankings. Interesting websites with eye-catching designs have the best behavioral factors. This is more important for the position in the search results.

Sorry for the delay in answering. You have a very old version of Skrollex. Please install the latest updates. In older versions, animation was disabled on mobile devices for performance reasons.

I was using very old version and took backup of my website and 2 days back, I installed licensed theme and import my website which was created in old version. so what should I do now? do I need to re-create everything or is there any way to restore old data using updated and licensed theme?
Reinstalling the theme does not affect the content. If you have not changed the theme files, then all your settings and data will not change. You can simply uninstall the old version and install the new one. The content of the site will remain the same.

HI I made a fresh install of my website but it seems the Preset layers is not uploading in the website I already increased my PHP memory limits and upload limits it stocked in “Creating your page” button
Please describe in more detail what you are doing or post error message. If the problem is related to restrictions on the server, then this should be seen in the error log. Ask your hosting provider where you can view the error log.
I am trying to make my first layer page from the preset i even turn on the display errors in the PHP INI configuration to see if there is any problem but it seams the adding from preset just hangs more than 5min and nothing happening
after searching too much in the net for solution I finally found the answer for this problem that I encountered
Log into cPanel. Choose ModSecurity listed under Security. Select the domain you are working with and switch ModSecurity from On to Off.
and this will fix alot of Wordpress and theme issues

I was trying to edit the home page through CUSTOMIZING > EDIT LAYOUT but the sections never load the contact I want to update, change images, etc. Seems like I can’t edit the website at all. I could use some help asap please! I just bought this theme and I can’t do anything without it.

Please give error messages from browser console. If there is nothing there, then give error messages from the server error log. To see browser console in Chrome press Command + Option + J or Control + Shift + J. Ask you hosting provider where you can see error log.

You did not give full text of messages. Where error 403 and status 500 should be indicated which files are not available. The problem seems to be with the server configuration or with plugins. Try disallowing all plugins first.
I disabled Gutenberg and it worked! For some reason Siteground installed this when I created the instance. Thanks for the follow up!
