Hi, we have installed your theme and we are facing a strange issue, i.e the website is not loading at all. All we see is the preloader i.e. the loading .svg and apart from that we see nothing on the homepage or any other page.

The site simply refuses to load. We tried on various browsers and devices. It just wont load on the desktop or laptop.

Please help us regarding this!

Pre-sale question: Can I set a minimum stay period for a booking? The business (cottages and campsites) requires minimum stays of a week in the peak season.

After choosing check in and check out dates I am being presented with the available rooms however upon clicking SELECT ROOM it takes me to the home page instead of proceeding with the actual reservation. I have to redo the process and then on the right side I will see the cart and be able to check out. Is this how it supposed to be? There is no other way to proceed with the reservation after choosing the desired room?

Hello, I am trying to completely hide the children option from all the rooms and booking forms but I cannot seem to find a way(since the hotel does accommodate children) I’ve set the number of children to 0 in all rooms but I am still getting a children dropdown on the booking forms.

1 – As you can see current site does not offer booking system – Can we deactivate the booking system ? 2 – On the “book now” button on the top right side, can we change the link of this button and send to an external site?
