That might be because of your server configuration, you have to set your server configuration as listed below:

PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000
memory_limit 256M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

I can’t for the life of me work out how to change the color of a link within a blog post.

See attached for the screenshot – you will see that the link to an external website is the same color as the text. Meaning the external link is barely visible.

Please advise.

I can see there is another curly bracket at the end of the Custom CSS code, it look likes you have used it under any media query, so try to use it freely, not in any media query and check back. We have updated the feature: theme license manager

So now Porto WordPress provides you the functionality to reset your license by yourself :)

According to the Envato <s href=”http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard?license=regular”>licensing terms and conditions you need a license for only 1 website. Porto allows 1 live site licensing and 1 staging site licensing for testing purchase per purchase code. So you can set up a staging site without any additional license.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

Hello there, the newest update of Porto Functionality broke my website not showing WPBakery Elements on the site…after disabling all 3rd party plugins and reactivating them one by one it turns out that the plugin “German Market” is causing this issue after newest update…i think its quite a popular plugin for german webshops using wordpress…is there any issue known by your side? please let me know what i can do to fix this…any help is very appreciated…thanks in advance! best regards!

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the German Market plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.
