I’m having an issue with the Testimonials Rotator that just cropped up. It’s now displaying this error code:

Notice: Undefined index: classes in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/chariton-master/inc/custom-widgets.php on line 66

I looked at that line of the PHP file but I’m not sure why it all of a sudden stopped working. Can you assist?

Hello, I have a small problem on my website www.introdrummondville.ca, normally the menu bar is white and now it is blue. The preload background is also blue.

I tried to reinstall a backup of my website but the problem remains the same. I also reinstalled the theme but the problem remains the same.

The Chariton menu option disappeared and there’s nowhere to customize the theme anymore, also the Widgets page also stopped working , it kills Wordpress entirely with an error page. I tried disabling all my plugins and reinstalled everything. I tried to contact the author via email and his website doesn’t have a contact form anymore.

Sorry if my question was unclear, but is Elementor required for using this theme? I am not sure I love that plugin.

Also do you recommend using a child theme for overrides and customizations?

Hi I’m liking this theme, but have a few questions:

1. Is it a must to use Elementor? 2. How do the donations work? Is the payment module some kind of plugin or is it part of the theme architecture?

I’m a developer working with someone who has purchased your theme, and I want to point out what I think is a bug.

In the “Theme Header” file you have a check to see if the function “wp_body_open” DOESN’T exist, then makes the function and does an action… However, you should still be doing the “wp_body_open” action somewhere here, outside of this check.

Your code piece here looks like it was the one from the comment just below this one, which has a different approach that uses both methods: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_body_open/#div-comment-3396

I’m trying to insert custom code into the “wp_body_open” action for analytics tracking, but your theme doesn’t fully support it.

Would it be possible to fix this?

Hi we purchased the Chariton – NonProfit Charity WordPress Theme theme via Envato. We are using your GIVEWP setup. We are having a problem activating/using our payment gateway in South africa. We use yoco for all our transactions – https://developer.yoco.com/ Please advise how we can integrate this into the payment gateway. It wants us to install woocommerce but then the whole website goes into another theme. Please assist!

I thought I had resolved an issue with Font Awesome, but I am still having trouble with it. On my client’s site, the search icon and the scroll to top arrow are either invisible or show up as a box with small text inside, depending on the browser.

The strange thing is that I’m using icons elsewhere on the site and those work just fine — it’s only those two spots that seem to be affected. I’m hoping you can help me solve this issue before they launch their website.

1. How to change “Make Donation” link in menu bar and how to link to page or website?

2. I’m having difficult with some features loading. For example, the Counter Widget refuses to load and I keep getting error message. However, when I’m working on it in Elementor, it works great. What’s up?

3. How to access and change footer with copyright date?

Does the theme work without Elementor? My client does not want any WYSIWYG editor. They just want to use standard WordPress editing.

If I buy this and the client doesn’t like it, can I get a refund, eg within 14 days?

I have the problem that on the home page some icons are not visible. These are the icon of the search function on the right side of the menu and the icon for the image up arrow in the bottom right corner.

Do you have an explanation for this and can you help me to make the icons visible in these two places on the start page?

This is pre-sale question. 1. May I know what’s the difference between causes page and donation list page ? I had seen the demo(http://pluginspoint.com/chariton/) but I’m also confuse with these two pages because the content of these two pages are the same but with the difference goal.

2. The donation form from the cause page do not specific descript which what cause I donate for. How a user know what cause they donate for ?

3. I’m trying to test donate in the demo but it’s not working. Is it normal ?

4. After make donation, is there have any receipt will be sent to the donor via email ?

in the mobile view the blank lines and paragraphs are missing in the text or the body text.

Is there a setting that prevents this or do you have any other idea that could help?

I would like to change the colors of the hover effect of the ”.single-contact-box” or, if that doesn’t work so easily, remove the hover effect altogether.

.single-contact-box { z-index: none !important; }

does not work.

I have switched on the Search icon in the header but it does not show up in either Chrome or Firefox. I also have the same issue with the Scroll to Top button not displaying the arrow. Could this be due to an issue with Font Awesome? It shows up from time to time when I use Microsoft Edge, but obviously it needs to work in all browsers.

I also have an unresolved issue with customizing the header, but I’ll wait until I receive an email reply before describing that further.

I just bought theme, but it does not install. I always get the same error message:

The link you followed has expired. Please try again.

I have already logged out and back in several times. It remains with the same error message.

Request help or a new zip file to install.

In the Elementor Dashbaord => I drag in Single Team from Chariton panel. When I click edit Single Team and go to => Style tab => I change the typography settings but it’s not showing the change after I Save.

In mobile view – the menu only has one black line in the box instead of 3 black lines. In Chariton Options => Menu Settings => I restored settings but it’s still the same.

Also in Menu on Mobile Version the background is template light green. But I changed all the colours to dark green.
