Avada is the best WordPress theme in our opinion and we always recommend our clients. There are multiple prebuild templates but even if you just use the builder, you can build something like Our Website isn’t that awesome.

Using Avada V7.4.1. It is not loading all Google Font weights. It is just loading though specified in the various typography options. Preload Key Fonts | Variants does not work. This is not a caching issue. Why are you still making everything so damn hard!!!!

This can be done from your Support account, simply go to your support account and then go to purchase codes tab, there you should be able to unregister and re-register your new domains.

Everything can still be translated in Avada without any issues, please make sure that you are updating your string files in this case and the new strings are added into translation files, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will assist you gladly.

Hello, I always have my translations up to date. Only the string can not be displayed correctly if it is wrong in the plugin. For example, in the fusion-button.php file, the string “Select if you would like to enable legacy color presets.” is fetched from the Avada translation. But the translation is in the Fusion Builder language file.

I create a Gallery with a fusion builder element. I make it a global element. I take the shortcode from the library. Example: [fusion_global id = “xx”]. I put it in widget in my sidebar. Everything works, but: I want to show only the last added image from my Global Gallery in the widget, only the newest one. And when clicked it leads to the link on the page where my full gallery is. Can this happen?

Yes, that can definitely happen however the single image needs to be an image frame itself and then you can link it to the page where gallery is placed, with this being the case you can simply put it in any page or widget, if you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket and our team will assist you further.

I’m not sure you got me right. Several new photos will be added manually from time to time on the Global Gallery page. I want to have a widget on the home page in the sidebar, in which only the last added photo from this global gallery will automatically appear, without anyone putting it manually and additionally there. This way, users will immediately notice that there is a new addition to the gallery and will click on the photo to go to the full gallery page. The link to the page itself is clear, it can be done in many ways. With a single picture is also clear. But if I do so, then I have to manually change the image of the widget each time, which can lead to omissions on the part of the operator and inconsistencies in the last image.

Right now we can not dynamically update a particular image section in a sidebar from a gallery. You can try to use the portfolio element. The portfolio element can also show in a gallery format and just show the featured images of each post to make a gallery. If you add a new post, the gallery image will get changed with the most recently added post

I believe you’re referring to the stock WooCommerce filter widget. You can check the widget settings and see if it offers such an option otherwise you’d need to use a 3rd party plugin/widget that offers such a feature.

I want to buy AVADA theme. For example i have 8 websites or more. And i only want to update the plugins and the themes, is it okay to register and unregister the sites for update purposes only? For example i will disconnect the purchase code on the main website, then use it in my other website and update things? Is that possible?

Your purchase code will get locked in this scenario, you can not have 8 websites running on a single purchase code, once you register each website with a purchase code it is registered in our system as well, so as per ENVATO policy you will need to purchase 8 licenses in this case, each for 1 of your site.
Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Updating the theme in such a manner s violation of licensing terms by Envato. Even doing so via FTP would violate the licensing terms. For every single domain where yo do have Avada, you also need a respective purchase for it. If the purchase code is used multiple times, it will locked

We do not have light / dark mode as in a toggle in our theme, however user have complete control over the color scheme and combinations of entire theme so any color mode can be created and then saved as a color scheme to be switched with 1 single click, if you want to learn more about this please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you further.

Hi I just want to say I have used this theme for many years and its the best but I have started over my site with a fresh download and the logo refuses to change.I changed default,retina,sticky and mobile and its still showing the avada Classic logo

You might be using a layout for the header and logo will be coming from the layout. Can you please check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Layout. Look for any area where you have header layouts assigned and please edit the section to change the logo

If you are having issues in installing the plugin then we would suggest that you download the ACF plugin via your Avada support account here (please check the plugins tab), Screenshot here. Once done, you can access your plugins folder via FTP and delete the older plugin and install the unzipped version on your site.

Thanks for your fast answer but unfortunately I have tried, the version is the same 5.9.8 (you can check on the changelog). After the 5.8 wp update the acf shortcode are visible in the front page, I hope that an update of acf can solve the issue. How I can find it?
