In order for user to be able to submit properties via front-end form (from user menu) he/she needs an agent account. WP Dashboard > Edit Agent > Assign a user (last option at the bottom)

Yes, this is possible setting this Resideo > Authentication > Enable User Registration as Agent/Owner > All Users Agents.
This will create an agent account for all new users.

I’m using the Resideo wordpress them and i want to switch to demo 3 – with the look where the home page is split down the middle. I import the demo 3 xml file and then select Demo 3 in the Resideo theme setup…but nothing changes. The theme is still Demo 2.
How do i successfully switch the theme?

This is not how demo content import works. You can’t switch between demos, the content from demo 2 is still there. The only way is to delete all the pages/posts/properties/agents/media and so on before importing a new content. The demo import is only adding content, it doesn’t delete any existing content.

Hello, we love your Resideo theme and the half map page search is very clean and smooth and works great.
we have an exisiting custom wordpress site that we had built that is very buggy and we want to replace the map search page template with this one: http://pixelprime.co/themes/resideo-wp/demo-1/property-search/is that something you would be able to do for us as a custom project?Would pay you well.

Hello. I have two questions after installing the theme – Is there any way to translate the pages to other language or I have to do it manualy in FTP? And how can I change the home page? I can not see the options to modify the homepage sections… And I have also a problem with google maps. It shows this problem: “Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. 1. Regarding the translation, the theme and theme’s plugin have language files, which can be translated using a plugin, or a stand-alone software(PoEdit) without having to touch the code. I suggest using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
2. Regarding the content edit, the demos were exported using the WordPress Classic Editor. So we recommend for starting with a demo to install the Classic Editor plugin.
3. For the google maps issue, we need the website URL.

Okay, thank you, everything fixed besides translating. When I try to translate the page with Loco, nothing happens. It should be translated after hiting “save” but it is not.
