Hi, in portfolio post type I choose the archive page from theme option but in the website when switch to Arabic the breadcrumb links still refer to English page not put the link of Arabic page example : Slug Name:gallery, Singular Name:gallery, Category Slug Name:gallery_cat ,Portfolios Page:Gallery, but the links are : in EN /gallery and in areabic : /ar/gallery instead of /ar/المعرض could you please help me
i have this weird border line that i need to get rid off and i cant. Mobile and desktop. all the header “rows” should not have those old style line, it ruins the design :/ i tried to find it in the code but i couldn’t. plus it would be better if that was configurable. kindly for your assitance:

That is header bottom border and you can check/configure it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Header.
OR
Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

hi thank you for the reply. just to let you know, the options even though i had all to NO regarding the bottom border they didnt work on the mobile version or when the window was smaller than the 100px. only the css worked. so maybe there is a bug there that should be consider for the next release. thanks!

I go to porto > dashboard
try to activate again and I got this issue “Sorry, it could not connect to the Porto API server. Please try again later.”
I deactivated then put thee code again
and try to activate it again

I cannot activate the theme nor install it

That is because the PayPal button code is not there on the Cart page as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/4nc0GPTz so you have to check with the plugin settings, OR you have to Customize the Plugin and Theme Core files…

Hi. I have just updated my website with the latest version of the porto theme. Now my site is not loading properly. I could not get it to update by clicking on update under Appearance—> Themes because of an error “invalid purchase code or can’t connect to api error.” so I had to update manually by downloading the theme and uploading via FTP.
I have a valid purchase code
The porto functionality plugin refuses to update to 2.1.5 and remains at 1.7.7. It seems to be the cause of the problem because when it is not activated the site loads but without the original layout

You have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder https://postimg.cc/DWcDGBbD and then edit the HTML element in Header builder, you will find the shortcode of the element: https://postimg.cc/pmWKTCRy so you have to Install the WP Bakery plugin on your site and create a new page and edit it with WP Bakery, now paste that shortcode to that WP Bakery edited page, and it will appear as one of the WP Bakery element, you have to edit it and then save changes and again copy the shortcode from that page and paste it under Header Builder at same place, it will work for you and after that you can simply deactivate the WP Bakery page builder.
I have the same issue. When I try to register the theme with the code I purchased, it says it cannot connect to API. And whenever I have tried to update PORTO FUNCTIONALITY in the past 6 months, it did not get updated.
Do I need to spend $41 on support for this? I assume it should work proeprly once it is purchased and support is only in case we need to add some function or help in installing or setting up something. The API and update issue is something that the author should resolve.

By looking at the Porto theme it looks that it has everything I need for my website. I like that it also says no coding needed.
I want to know if for any reason I purchase it and see that I can’t figure out how to use it and to do my website with it if you offer a refund?
It has happened before that I have purchased a theme and haven’t been able to do so and wasted the money since there were no refunds.

1. How and from where to enable mini cart pop-up that displays at bottom right after adding product to the Cart.
2. I have selected “FORM” option from Theme options > Search form > Search layout, but it is not showing the “Search” placeholder text from far left of that same field. Displaying “Search” placeholder text in the middle of that field.

2. There are 2 search functionality in our Theme, 1. Theme Live Search, 2. Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search and you can use any one on your site at the same time, so please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> General >> Live Search and turn it OFF from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
