Hi ! I have installed this theme more than one year ans half, but since I have updated to Wordpress 5.9 since few days, it’s seems there is a conflit with the theme and Revolution Slider. When this last is loaded, the scroll is not working anymore. Please, thank u to fix it

I tried to set up different info-box style 1.2.3.4.5 and so on. Your theme has hidden links to you in the js and we can’t edit them. Is this a trojan or something like this? I think is it a bug of your theme and it doesn’t depend if I payed or not for more assistance. Hello, im having problems with the menu.
1. Problem: I created an custom header (header-1) and also selected it in the theme, but it is still not showing this menu.
2nd Problem: In the desktop view i dont want to see the burger menu just the normal one. I did choose “mobilemenu > hide” but its not working and still showing the burger menu + normal menu.
Also if i want to choose for the tablet and mobile view. In this case of course JUST the burger menu. But this also doesnt work with the option “desktop menu – hide”
Can you please help? Its urgent.

Hello! It’s not required for the bundled version with the theme, It’s required only for importing another template rather than the already in the theme (shop) which required purchasing a regular license.

1- solve the conflict with elementor pro (Elementor Pro doesn’t work with your theme) 2- Avo button style 1 doesn’t align in the section. I’m beginning to feel dissapointed with this template, mainly with the support. The contact form is fixed and if you need to change any field you will lost the nice customization. I need to add a verification box and a Captcha and they say me that I need to pay for “customization”. Is the first template with this issue that I know. I have an open ticket for a problem with headers and changing fonts and I had no answer for weeks. Please take seriously the customer support (included in the price). I’m sorry for say that but I was wayting twoo weeks for a solution with the headers.

Hi some of the theme elements are not working althou I have elementor pro it does not seem to work because possibly their is a style that might have no loaded properly or that this theme is just absurd it does not do what is on the theme demo you have if you edit it does not load nor do animation that it is supposed to do. please I need to make this work or rather have a refund.
