Hi there, I have tried 2 emails to sign up on the support page with but it’s not sending verification link.

Currently, I have tried to upload the logo for every option in the settings, but it keeps showing the default one. Any recommendations or reasons why this is happeing?

Also, I have tried changing the skin of the header to be dark on the Video Production page but the changes aren’t going through. How can I make the header black and the letters white?

There’s no option on the Help Center to check ticket. Even your article about opening a ticket says only 13 out of 80 people found it helpful. It would be good if it wasn’t hidden. You have to go to Activity to find it which doesn’t really mean much. I hope you guys change that to make it easier to find.

Hello, I bought the theme about a year ago and managed to set it up. After the first 6 months of support were finished I started getting issues with the theme. Right now my parallax page is very juddery and not smooth! How can i fix this?

Is not good without scedule program inside

All of the theme’s features are displayed in the demo, and in case you wish to add schedule program you can try achieving this with some 3rd party plugin, however we haven’t tested such plugins with Pelicula theme and we cannot guarantee a 100% compatibility.

Hello,

I would like to costumise my website, but have not found instructions on this in the documentation.

1) How to disable the strike-through animation in the menu AND change its typography as well (not the dropdown, the actual main menu)

2) There are three faint vertical lines throughout all pages but the landing page, how are these disabled?

3) How to disable the side menu where there’s an instagram profile showcase? I literally want to just remove it.

4) How to modify the footer (just to add our own copyright)?
