Hello, many words from your theme cannot be translated by Loco Translate. I tried everything.
Many strings is translated but few cannot be.

Hello don-themes team, it is really nice to see such a clean theme, i would like to buy it but first i have a couple of questions that i appreciate if you could help me with. first of all i saw a RTL demo, is there an option that we can write all the website this way or is it just for one page and i have to customize it page by page , i really need to know that i can change the direction automatically at the beginning because i want to write it in Arabic and that’s why it matters, and if i do so and want to use wpml as well to translate it to english and other language will there be any problem? and can i change the direction in translated view? my second question is that can your theme be used for stores with a number of products or there is a limitation? Riode WordPress is fully RTL ready, you just have to change your site language as any RTL language like Arabic from WP-Dashboard >> Settings and it will change your site as RTL completely and automatically
Yes, you can use the WPML plugin as well, our Theme is compatible with it as well and you can translate it into English, Arabic and other languages as well using the WPML plugin.
It will automatically pick the direction language-wise, so no need to worry about that… and you can use WPML plugin options for direction and language.
Yes, our theme can be used with large stores as well, I mean, our theme can be used with the number of products, no limitations for that…

Are you using the WCFM MultiVendor or Dokan plugin on your site? if yes then it might come from that plugin you have to look into the plugin settings, Otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

Check again, I reinstall everything and it’s not working. The mixed content or SSL issue occurs due to having a secure connection and it does not load the style sheet of the website.
Please try to change the website link from HTTP TO HTTPS
For this open your site WP Admin Dashboard and Navigate to Setting >> General and change the WordPress website URL from http:// yourwebiste.com to https://yourwebiste.com
OR
The second way to change this is, You can use Really Simple SSL plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

Hi Thanks, apparently it was a sort of incompatibility with a plugin called “SiteGround Optimizer” which is helping to Minify JavaScript Files, Combine JavaScript Files, Defer Render-blocking JS, Minify CSS Files. I disable all those option and now works normally, but the question is … do you recommend any Plugin to help me to improve the performance in the frontend and compatible with your Theme?

I get you and exactly what I did. The problem is on my website the message does not scroll (sliding) on mobile devices. When I downloaded the demo it was sliding until I deleted it to put in something but later changed my mind. Is there any setting that will make it scroll/slide by on mobile devices? Thanks.

Hello! I really enjoy the demo of you theme! Looks pretty nice! While I was testing the mobile version, I saw that there is a menu on the bottom of the page with shortcuts for My Account, Cart, Categories, etc, which I really enjoy. But when scrolling the content, this menu goes away. For it to appear again I have to scroll up. If I buy the theme, will I be able to easily make this footer always fixed to the bottom, not disappearing when scrolling down?
