Hi, I just purchased the theme and cannot import the demo content, have raised a ticket on https://ovatheme.ticksy.com/ but no one has attended to the ticket as well.

How long will it take for someone to get this resolve?

Does your plugin allow you to check in and out by scanning the QR Code? We may have customers who leave the event in the morning and come back in the afternoon… Or even come over 2 days. Does your application foresee this case? Thanks in advance

Hello, I notice the speaker list only accomodates a max of 10 from your demo and they are all paged.. Is there a way to list all speakers say 50 at once and maybe have lazy load or load or a more button

ISSUES WHILE INSTALLATING ON LOCALHOST WAMP AND SERVER PRESS. VERY URGENT!!!

I’ve followed the documentation line by line several times and ensured that i don’t miss any information while installing your theme em4u. I’m using the local environment serverpress. By the way, serverpress is a localhost environment that comes with xampp already inbuilt in it.

I would like to use this theme for many purposes actually but due to these problems I’m facing, I can not move forward and I’m really not happy about this.

This because after installation of the whole theme, when you open some pages some parts do not appear on them and I don’t really understand why.

Please, i will be happy if you can help me to solve my issue.

This is normally what appear on the demo you have on your home 6 event register envato page(screenshot 6&7) but on my page I get (screenshot 8&9).

This is one of the problem I’m actually experiencing not only with this page but several of them. For other pages there’s no content and you even get the message the event has expired.

But can I sell different types of tickets at the same event? Suppose, I want to sell 2 types of tickets, one will cost $5 and the other will cost $10. And I also want to specify the specification of the tickets to the visitors like a pricing table. Is it possible?

I have a blog section to my website and when it displays them in a carousel a red circle appears between the image and the blog post excerpt and in it there is an image icon. Is there any way I can change that to a different icon or get rid of the red circle all together?

Can you probably put a filter around the $label and $args in the class-ovaem-custom-post-types.php in the next update? I need a clean possibility to change / add several things, for example the featured image labels.
