Hi. We are glad you like Phlox, typically the navigation menu goes on top of everything but you can do that. Using Elementor you can edit your header template and insert your slider before the navigation menu. That is completely possible.

I am working on a website for a friend of mine. For some reason when we use the the site in mobile version there is no drop down icon for the menu under the services page. It works fine on desktop just not on mobile. Can you please take a look and let me know how to fix this issue?

Hi there,
Apparently, this is happening only for the Expandable type for the mobile menu. Using the Fullscreen or Off-canvas options everything works fine. The report has been passed to our dev team and we will fix it in an upcoming update. Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks for your reply. Yes it works fine on a tablet, laptop or computer it is just on mobile devices. About 70 – 80% of our users are using a mobile device so they cant access the services section which is bad for us from a usability point of view. Hopefully you guys can fix this issue in the next update. Thanks for your help.

As long as you are on one main domain, you can use the same license key and installation package on any number of subdomains or subdirectories.

i have been using Phlox Pro only active website. I want to deactivate my license from the old site and want to activate on newer site and the message I get on the averta help site is “you don’t have any licenses right now”. “you don’t have any activated websites right now” Help!!

Hi. There are a couple of reasons that could be causing this. Either the curl configuration on your server has a limitation, or our servers are blocked by a security plugin or firewall on your server or a similar reason. It`s best to submit a ticket at the Averta help center. Our support agents will investigate and respond back to you as soon as possible.

Does your theme compatible with Divi builder?
All our elemenst and widgets are in Elementor, so if you want to use Phlox we recommend you to use Elementor page builder, also all our demos are in Elementor and when you import them you can edit them in Elementor, nor Divi builder
