Hi, just make sure they aren’t disabled on that device from the Status tab, Device tab in your menu items. Otherwise there’s no way to know what’s going on without looking at your store so please file a ticket on our support page with temporary access to your store and consult with our developers.

Hi, that’s not something related to Journal, you have a different database structure on your website for category table, most likely one of your extensions added a new column called “code”, make sure both databases have the same structure.

On the standard Checout page, “Register Button” is selected. I want GUEST BUTTON to be selected as the first option.
The customer should not choose, the GUEST BUTTON should be selected automatically!.. This is what I want to do.

Hi! This is NOT FAIR!! I’m using this theme 5 years, and i left a lot of positive feedback. But now, after the latest update, the all site, every day collapsing.. because the “errno=12 Cannot allocate memory in /xxx/system/library/journal3/options/parser.php on line 79, 133,113 etc…” I have 1024M memory and the bigest picture is 200kb, 900×1200px… And if i want submit a ticket, i can not because, i need purchase again the support… WTF? I dont want to purchase every 6 month a support if you publishing any update.. IT IS NOT FAIR and I’m so BIG dissapointed…
Hi, we are not aware of such issue, there can be a lot of possible reasons that can generate the issue, assuming you are using v.3.1.8 (which is the latest released version), nobody else reported such issue so most likely it is something isolated on your store, therefore we need to take a look at your setup in order to see what could be the problem. Envato added support policy and we have adhered to that, tickets can be sent only if you have active support. You can send us a private message via contact form with access to your store but we can help only if this is a theme related issue.

Hi DigitalAtelier team! Everything is ok. But there is a huge problem with Journal 3.2 – none of SEO modules works with multilanguage. Could you please advise what should we do with it? Maybe you know some checked extensions for adding correct hreflang tags and having good indexing of all lang versions of the website? Or, maybe the DevTeam can create some options for multilang websites (hreflang tags adding, add lang code to the URL – https://site.com/uk/category-page/). We’d like to update the Journal up to v3.2 but it’s a really critical issue for SEO. We asked many other developers for help but none of them can fix it in the V3.2. It works well on 3.1.8 but not on the 3.2. The opencart default layouts in Journal 3.1.8 work but in Journal 3.2 they are fully ignoring.
Hi, we have added some performance optimisations to seo urls in Opencart, but this may interfere with third party seo urls, in this case, you can control this from Journal > System > Settings > Performance > Seo Urls.

Ok, there is a conflict with another plugin from the store. There is a javascript error, because one is being injected into another one, messing up the code execution. As an administrator I don’t have the option to disable it? just commenting this code?
Currently there is no option to disable that, just comment the code to disable it.
