When I install the FixTeam Electronics Repair WordPress theme and go to Dashboard → Permalinks, the page becomes white. After enabling debug mode, these errors appear. How do I fix this?

I like the Theme, but I am having trouble with changing the colors. I go to Customize > Colors… and I make changes, but after publishing it doesnt show on the site. Also, the footer is some weird blue color, I have checked all the different color profiles and it is not anywhere. I have changed the setting on the footer to “Dark Blue”, and I’ve edited the advanced settings on there, and the footer doesnt change.
