Nice theme, but very bad performance. We bought the theme and used the job theme with the necessary plugins. Your information is wrong! You state here to be the fastest theme and then argue without using the plugins. The theme cannot be used without the plugins! That’s so. As if I were buying the lightest car from you, and after buying it, they tell me that without an engine it is the lightest car. They point to the correct measurement techniques. We have tested a lot. All the same. The theme is simply far too slow with the required plugins and does not rank well. Be careful with this purchase. There is no return of the money.

We did clarify what is the issue in your website about 4 months ago. A theme is not like the engine of car it is actually similar body of the car. WordPress core and the plugins are the engine as they control everything and the theme simply styles the output. Our theme simply has the best aerodynamics design and within its scope it is the fastest.
Our theme uses WordPress’s native Gutenberg and does not rely on page editors. We have also used action/hooks based code structure and followed WordPress standards so that optimisation plugins like W3T and WP Rocket can work out of the box. These are the factors that contribute to its speed.

My question is rather straightforward: Regarding the Customer Stories Block / Customer Stories Content, is it possible to raise the limit of 10 under Story Attributes? 10 is not a satisfying amount for us, we have more customer stories we would like to share in the same style. A longer list/table would be preferable.

Thank you for your patience. We’ve release an update with the option to increase the limit upto 30. Please de-activate and delete Front Gutenberg Blocks plugin. After that, install a fresh version from Appearance > Install Plugins.
Now you’ll have the latest version of FrontGB which will now have the option value upto 30.

The most likely reason for your header and footer settings to not reflect in a page is that the page you are looking at is using a custom header. Custom Header/Footer is assigned when you want a page to have a different header than the regular pages which is controlled via theme options. You can either de-assign the custom header or you can find the custom header block as a static content post type in Static Contents screen. You can then edit the Header/Footer block in the Static Content itself to reflect in that page.

I’ve given you the answer. The default header is not a static content. It is coming from theme options.
If you are using a custom header, you can check from the screenshot that I’ve shared earlier: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1k2UrgaA1kh1mRBYbIE6IGdm4Tmmx-XnS/view?usp=sharing and you’ll notice which static content is assigned.

Yes. Default header is from Front Theme options and it applies to all pages.
A GB Block uses the same theme options in the form of block properties and can be customised individually for custom headers/footers.

5. We do not have a mapbox module. You can use a plugin like ACF to achieve this.
1,2,4 – Resume Manager plugin is involved in determining these features and hence these requests cannot be handled through our theme.

1. Front WP is different from the current Front HTML. We do not plan to implement the latest version of Front HTML in this theme owing to backward compatibility issues.
2. Resumes feature is not provided by the theme or by free plugins. It requires a premium plugin called “Resume Manager”. It does not have an export PDF option and we are unable to provide this feature through our theme.
3. Yes, you can add your own Job attributes to the jobs. Please refer to WPJM documentation. You might require custom coding or using a plugin like ACF to achieve it.
4, 5. These features are part of Resume manager. It cannot be supported through us but through the plugin.

So I would like to consider this theme because it says it’s one of the fastest theme. However when I tried to test this demo in GTmetrix https://demo3.madrasthemes.com/front-demos/main/app-payment/—it is showing me Grade F with 5.6 secs LCP.

A theme plays a very small role. It only styles the output generated by WooCommerce. It does not make any DB calls. All data and content are fetched by WordPress itself.
The theme have been coded for best practices for speed. We claim our theme is one of the fastest because we’ve built it using Gutenberg which is WordPress’s native editor and does not rely on third-party editors which might slow down the page speed.
Having said that Google PageSpeed or GTMetrix is not a measure of speed but a measure of factors that could affect speed. A website can have a low rating and be very fast. You can update the theme can be updated in 3 ways:
1. Automatically: You can use the Envato Market plugin to update the Theme automatically. Instructions here: https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/
2. Semi-Automatically: Sometimes, (1) does not work. You should download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. WordPress will backup the old Theme and install the new one.
3. Manually: You should download the latest installable WP theme from your ThemeForest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.
Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes. Also, we strongly advise that you backup your website and database before updating. It allows you to roll back the update if anything goes wrong after update.
