Hi, I contacted support about WP Bakery Builder sidebars not showing up, and still no reply after the initial one.
Hi guys, just trying to find a solution to my menu problem. I submitted a query/ticket already but no response and I need to start working on the site asap.
I want to use the Asymmetric Freelancer template: https://asymmetric-freelancerpro.liquid-themes.com/
The side menus are not showing up no matter what I try. I have the latest version of everything installed, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the demos numerous times. I don’t know if it is not working because I have both Elementor and WP Bakery installed.
I also mentioned the contact/footer section aka the yellow box isn’t showing up when I install the demo.
I really want to move forward with my project. If we can’t get this resolved I will need a refund so I can use a theme that actually works. Thanks.

I can see there are background vertical lines in the theme that I have imported. How to remove that vertical background lines? I am not able to find any option.

It has been more than 2 days still the issue is not resolved. The page options is not even available when I edit the page in the elementor. I asked same thing through support also but it has been 24 hours still didn’t get reply. The theme has best design but I am not happy with the support.

It looks like the theme doesn’t work with the latest version of Bitnami Wordpress (5.7.2-34) because of the new file structure. Please let me know when you have a fix.

Hi. I’m trying to see what the Login/Register/Account page looks like on the demo, but it says the “site can’t be reached.” I need to find the best way to make/build a Login/Register/Account option or page with Woocommerce on my site. Here’s the demo link that fails:

Thanks, I’m waiting for a response. In the meantime I’ve uploaded another template, but having issues with that also. Is Elementor included in this theme as I cant do a thing without it and not sure if it’s because of an issue with the purchase code that it can’t be used. So far it’s not been easy and I’ve purchased a lot of themes from Themeforest.
Guys I’ve been trying to get your demos to work all day and believe it’s something to do with the menus or code. I’ve updated the menu with my logo and even though it’s all pointing to the correct, it still shows your logo. Please can you respond to my ticket #9061 or I’ll have no option but to request a refund and build another theme.

Thanks. I was told that I needed to load in Elementor which doesn’t have the template I wanted, so went with another that did. But not impressed as now I have an error on the footer and with the limiting functioning on the “Non-pro version of Elementor” and didn’t want to upgrade to the paid version, it’s very difficult to make changes. Please can you give support a nudge as I’ve been on this for 2 days trying to get this to work. Ticket #9061

Hi, i’ve been trying to update existing theme to your new release that includes Elementor. I followed the documentation but it doesn’t seem to work.
I also installed from new with the new release and Elementor doesn’t load the layout, it simply loads shortcode.
Please advise.

WPBakery content cannot be edited with Elementor, if you decided to use Elementor pages needs to be Elementor pages.

Great theme, however I have a question regarding the Mobile Modern Pro pre-built demo, would be possible on the “Features” section, the left image while scrolling through the features to change, for each feature a different image? Otherwise it doesn’t really make sense the section…
Or is there already such script implemented, and needs to be activated?

You can add more than 1 image inside the same column. And you can use parallax to fade out the images. It would be helpful if your right column (text) is too long.

Hi, where can I change overall theme fonts, just google for titles, body, elements etc …in the theme setting, I just see the option of add custom under typography.

We follow the regular ThemeForest license. A single Hub license includes 60 demos + 700 templates + 110 inner pages and premium plugins. You can get all these with a single license. However, you can build only a single end-product (Website) with a single license. It applies to all themes on ThemeForest. We’re using the free version of Elementor. So you don’t have to pay for anything else.

And now i need to know something, i was viewing the Demo and on the ‘Digital Studio’ pre build site, i noticed there are no links to pages like services, about us and contact us pages. so want to know if there are those pages are for that site somewhere on the Theme because it’s the pre built site i want to use

Now i have a problem with the header and footer using Wpbackery. 
When i change template, the default template of the imported demo ,not change.
I have enable “post type” – custom – on role manager and i tried to change browser, without cache, this browser Is clean.What can be the cause ? Thanks..
Edit the comment to add that now i tried to change the content background, this have a custom image background, i remove It, selecting White color, and the setting do not change.
