after upload to the last version of Rank Math SEO plugin, there is a blank page and the website doesn´t work. All of this with the last version of your theme and WordPress core. Do you know something about this?

I´ve already solved, the issue was for the version pro of the same plugin.
it´s strange, but both last versions in the last version of theme for plugins revslider y jscomponser are old versions, not the 6.7.40 and 8.7.2. After update via ftp, both plugins continue with the last versions and not the newests.

i’m going to buy this Theme , so i need more information. is it possible to check this and answer me to continue the buy process. 1. i need a Right-to-left website and disable accessibility of this for site viwerers , is it supported? 2. the specific font is requred , can i change the contetnt font ? 3. the booking an appointment for visit is must important , is it support or have any section to register the patent and ask to visit a doctor ? so he/she must search the calneder (persian hijri) and check if the doctor is available and the time is free and ask the appointment and recive the recipt by email or SMS. 4. i want to change the color to specific color code that match a color code, is it possible to change theme to that color code ? 5. doed this theme is responsive and in computer or mobile and tablet is shown in right format ?

You can easily change hover color of submenu. Just go to Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Menu Settings > change it from “Dropdown Menu Active Link Color*”. Save your changes and it will be done.

Thanks for asking. Here are our reply to your points:
1. for the API, I am not sure about it. Generally you can set affiliate marketing by adding their plugin or by adding marketing link. So I think this is not related to theme.
2. Our theme is created using WPBakery Page Builder plugin. So there is no support for Elementor Page Builder plugin. Hence, you can use their all default elements and they will work properly.
3. We have different search that can search by type. But we don’t have special search feature like searcy by location or search by department etc.
4. The email depends on your setup. We are using Contact Form 7 and they have feature for this. You just need to configure it so the Contact Form will be sent to you and also to the selected doctor.
5. I think you are asking for Services section. You can edit any treatment and write price with it. It will be normal text and you can write price with it. But the price will not be visible with the boxes. The price will be visiable after user clicks on it (after the single service view opens).

There is no direct option for add new social link in theme options. But if you want to add it than we have option for it. We can override unused social icon with your new social icon using Custom CSS Code. So please contact us via our official support system at http://support.thememount.com/ by creating a new ticket. I do not have active support, but I’ve saw after a long time that this query is not translated: “search results for”. I talk about the H1 title from the title bar on the search page. I’ve translated all the “search results for” queries with Loco Translate but the translation does not show up on frontend. I translated it in theme files and in breadcrumb. Breadcrumb is all right, but the title is still not translated.
There is a solution to this? I’ve tried everything I knew.

Hi, I have bought this theme for my brother in law. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to build a website till recently. I have opened website 2 months ago and almost finished details. I was planning to recommend this theme to his friend and purchase for him too but recently I got two issues with theme. 1st one is menu doesn’t work in mobile mode. All my plug ins, theme and wordpress are updated. I have de activated 3rd party plugins, which are Rank Math Pro, Instagram feed, TOC+ but still I got same problem. 2nd problem is pre loader gif stuck. If I activate any pre loader, it keeps showing pre loader even though page is fully downloaded. I did same things for this one as well but it doesn’t work too. I appreciate if you answer me since I just started to use this theme recently and planning to purchase it again for another doctor. Kindest Regards
