I post a listing and when I go to the explore page, it is not showing in there. I wonder is it because it is a free listing or should it be there somehow regardless its free or not? Can you point me to the right documentation to address this.

Dear Developer, I have been trying to (but in vain) the snippets you had posted previously guiding how to stop the animation – the varying opacity level when user is sliding between different cards while filling his/her entries for the listing. please guide me here how may I stop this ?

I want to have the single listing cover image fit into the cover area without cutting out any area of the uploaded image just like the way Facebook cover images work. I came across the below CSS but cant find the correct selector to target the cover image.

For the cover not to get cut, there are 2 methods:
1. The images uploaded have to be all the same aspect ratio as selected in wp-admin > theme options > single listing > cover height.
2. Alternatively, you can force all images to show in full regardless of their ratio, but that will leave empty spaces on the left/right or top/down of the cover area depending on the size of the image.

1. With a business listing that is paid monthly, when the user has not paid or their card could not be debited, we would like to have their listing be hidden (not deleted). Is that possible?
2. Can a user view their renewal date (of monthly subscription) or debit date via their account settings?
3. Can we, as admin, ban a user or business listing?
4. Can businesses respond to their reviews?
5. Can business reviews be shared via Facebook, and other social media platforms?
6. Can business reviews be sorted from highest rating to lowest rating or vice versa?

1.2 First, there is no subscription feature built-in on the theme. The listing packages are one time payments not subscriptions. To add subscriptions you will need a 3rd party plugin named Woocommerce subscriptions. Just wanted to make this clear before I answer the other questions.
1. In case you use subscriptions, the listing would get expired if the subscription is not renewed

They don’t do the same thing.
Listing packages are used to monetize listing submissions. By default they are one time payments. It’s used to monetize membership to the site. I’m not saying you can’t use that, haven’t tested it, but it does a different thing
1. Expired and unpublished, the user can republish it by renewing the package or switching to another package

It’s possible to allow users to upload PDF files, and you can link them on listing page. There’s no 3d flip though. I guess you would need to use some plugin or 3rd party service for that

It depends on the plugin if it provides an easy way to pull data from the custom field where the PDF files are uploaded

I bought the theme “MyListing” almost two years ago. In the meantime, I lost access to Envato, since the email I used for registration I don’t own anymore.
I contacted Envato, but they couldn’t help me. Now, I am still running my website using your theme, however, I am not able to update it.
What can I do about this situation? I am willing to pay for the theme again if necessary, and enter the new key if that wouldn’t mess up my website…

The icon class seems to be changed, check if you modified the file on your child theme

If you modified the files using a child theme

If you are not using a child theme but made the change in main theme(which is not recommended), just installing a fresh copy of the theme should overwrite the changes you made and solve the issue.
