Please check your festive bundles page now. We have selected the elementor shortcodes like the shop page. Just add new categories that you need and assign those categories to the particular products. For adding new widgets, just add it in the “Shop Page Widget Area” sidebar.

2) Sorry we do not have the carousel option for the product thumbnails.
3) If you going to add a big description, then add it in the Description tab section below the product thumbnails.

hi Team, i need to create a page similar to “SHOP” page with Categories or attributes… ie, 1) I create a makeup page,. which is similar to “Shop” page but the left widget and Content area product is not properly working… for eg., In Makeup page I need to shop Men and Women Products, and in left side menu ( Filters Gender, Color, Price) needs to add..
2) also need to create “MEN, WOMEN” Pages… similar as above..
3) make sure left widget ( categories , colour) for each page must be different…
facing more complicate with this theme to create the above pages and this are normal functionality for ecommerce website…

Here are the issues I’m facing with the theme:- 1. Creating a product page from scratch: I’m trying to create a product page from scratch based on the templates you already created, for example: Left Summary. When I create a new page, there are no saved templates to choose from to duplicate the layout, and when I try to create the page using Elementor using the product items, its say that I have to go pro. 2. Three plug-ins wont update: JetElements, JetTabs and JetTricks. Error: Update failed: Update package not available. 3. Two plug-ins require activation: LayerSlider WP and Slider Revolution. Your documentations don’t mention how to, or maybe I have missed it.

I’ve read your entire documentation, when I create a page from scratch, and add the shop elements in Elementor, it says that I need to go pro. Is this the case with the theme?
Plugins are included in our theme package, there is no need for you to purchase them.
However if you want premium features of the plugin and premium support, only then you need to purchase a separate license for it.
In your item details, it says that the theme is bundled with premium plug-ins including Elementor which kind of implies that it includes the premium version of it. But when you take a closer look, you see a small horizontal line separating them. I think you should make it more clear. Anyway, no problem, thanks. A question, does the theme support user sign up? If so, how to enable it?
After updating Elementor, id doesn’t work anymore, and when I try to access it through the admin panel, I get this error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”.
The plugin elementor/elementor.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
Its working now, I reactivated it and now it working.
But the Jet plugins failed to update again.

Just noticed that the theme don’t load thumbnails for the products images where it should, for example, in the whats latest in home page and the shop page. Is there an option to change it to thumbnails?
Also, the theme scores very low in google speed insights, I hope you consider a performance enhancement update to theme.

Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

I am a contractor building a shop, therefore I am not the owner of the template. Currently I have 3 problems. 1. this theme is hard to install without clear instructions. first off, when i tried contacting support, it was saying invalid license code. i want to change my header section colour from white to pink. i cant see where to do that. and that’s even the least of my worries. can i get an updated step by step process to edit my website ? the one that comes with the theme seems to be different from the current wordpress theme.
