Good day, I noticed there’s an update but, no changelog.

Hi there. There was promotion for this item and it said (on Friday 28th.08.2021)) that the promotion was extended until 31th of this month – hence I didn’t purchased it on Friday. As I mentioned I had few more presales questions.

Now I see that price is back to what it was before promotion and banner which said that promotion was extended wasn’t respected. What happened with the price? this is really misleading and unfair. Is it a problem with themeforest or what? Where to send complaint?

How can I get the price which was announced as promotional price until 31th of this month?

When admin edits any portion/section of Listing Type on the Admin area, after clicking submit/update the page refreshes and goes back to beginning of Listing Type -> https://snipboard.io/OnB3IF.jpg It should come back to the same Page/Area where were editing.

Please guide how to stop this going back to First section again … it is quite frustrating to keep going back to section we were editing. I know we can edit 100 things and then click update BUT that should be the way, we as a user should be left to where were editing.

I tried hiding the Hamburger Icon + Logo using CSS, they get hidden from view but when user clicks on the blank area they still can open the Side menu. please help me hide + Remove this functionality. I will use my own lower end Menu so dont need this.

What happens if someone Direct Messages a listing that has not yet been claimed? Can we set Direct Message only available for claimed listings?

Pre-purchase question: I saw in the comments that there is no official support for Dokan, but there is for Woocommerce. So, there could be several sellers with their products, but when someone makes a purchase, who does the money go to? Just purchased the theme. I have a question to clarify. Let’s say once the site is launched and clients starts to use the site with adding their listing.

After few months if i did some changes in layout or features, filters etc in the local environment, how can i apply the same changes to the live site without impacting the current contents listings? I know the child theme will work for some extent but how can i replace the new additions to the database? Appreciate i you could please advise.

Hi there. I have a few presale questions. I intend to create a project with directory listing (hence considering your theme). But at the same time I will have learning courses and specific user dashboards. Assuming that from your theme I want to use listing features only – do you happen to know if your theme runs fine with Learndash plugin and Jet Engine plugins.

I am aware that I could do everything from scratch with Jet Engine only but I don’t want to do that, I want to use your theme for listing purposes and since you mentioned it is based on Elementor – I am imagining that I could use those two products normally fine.

I will use Learndash for learning and Jet Engine for custom profiles and memberships. They both glue and work with Elementor perfectly. What I am worried about is will your theme interfere with some of the mentioned 3rd party plugins.

For JetEngine and Learndash I only need Elementor and the job done. Basically what I am asking is – is your product themeing solely based on Elementor or do you have some custom things and features running in the background? If your theme is solely based on Elementor theming then I guess I am good to go.

Another question – if I don’t use some of your features like user messaging, specific woocommerce integrations or specific widgets etc. can I turn those off and save some resources?

Question, I’ve looked for this, but can’t seem to find it. On a listing form, when a user goes to fill things out and misses an item you have error notices at the top, but don’t show the exact fields that are missing or not filled out. How come? Wouldn’t the required notice do that by default? Thanks.
