CorpTrain/Course Builder is prompting me to install Widget Logic as a required plugin however, the plugin hasn’t been updated in over 6 months or the past 3 WordPress updates. https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/ The author WPChef doesn’t even offer the plugin on their website either. https://wpchef.org/Please advise/explain.

Hey, I want to buy the theme but need to understand one thing, I am making the site with multi network where under my mainsite my other company site need to be linked up, like xyz.com as my main site and abc.xyz will be my other company site, pqr.xyz as third site. So do i have to buy single license for this?

Hello, I have two questions about this theme before we purchase. For the free courses, will a user have to go through the cart to get access to the course? I went through the demo and it doesn’t seem like users will be forced to go through the cart, but I want to make sure. Can admins see the progress each user has made on a particular course? Thanks!

1. No, the user doesn’t need to visit the cart page if they want to access the free course.
2. Yes, we have to include the Gradebook plugin in this theme to allow you can view the progress of students.

When I update to the latest version of wordpress the scroll disappears all over my site and the lessons cannot be seen. Also update the theme and all plugins. I had not had problems with the theme until now

Is it possible to enter the course once it is finished? I have been checking the LearnPress settings and this can be activated but when I do it does not allow me to see the content again. I did a test with another template and with that one if it allows me to see the content of the course once it is finished. Is it something specific to this template that does not allow this action?

Why my last comment was deleted??? Anyway the issue has not been fixed. After finishing a quiz a user review the quiz and the correct answer shows with an explanation, but when refresh the page it disappears. Sorry, I don’t know of any other hosted videos that have the same functionality as Vimeo. Most our customer just use Youtube or Vimeo.

Please try to clear your cookies. In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to:
1. Menu. The three dots in the upper right corner. In Chrome they are vertical, in Edge they are horizontal.
2. Go to More Tools >> Developer Tools
3. On the top you see Elements, Console, Sources … go to Application
4. Under Storage find Cookies.
5. Click dropdown. All the sites that have cookies on your computer will be listed.
6. Right-click your WordPress website and choose Clear. Or you may choose to Clear all of them.
7. Close and restart your browser, then visit your ticket again
