I just installed a Strata Chlid theme on a 6.8.1 wordpress version. But i can’t get any scroll bar eventhough there some element overflow. Can you help, please?

Hi, I have a client that uses Strata for their web. The hosting upgraded their php version and the web stopped working if we go back to previous versions the web works again. Everything is up to date minus wp Bakery (which I’ll update to discard it as the main reason why this is happening) and the Theme that I see it hasn’t been updated since 2021, I think it probably has more to do with the theme than with wpbakery. If it Is the theme, is there a way to work this around so we can use the latest php version? Or do we need to migrate to another theme?

The current version of the theme is tested up to PHP 8.0. The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

Hi, I’m having a few issues with the theme, blog page won’t show all blog pages, and if it’s paginated and see the number of pages, when clicking to the next page it will give a 404 page. Also, it doesn’t work with php 8 even though you comment it should. It shows an “Critical error” message and the web simply won’t display. When are you planning to update?, We need to know if we need to migrate to another theme. Thank you,

Hello – With the Qode Strata theme, is their a way to change the blog posts title tags from h2 to h1? I don’t see a option in admin or the source in the file editor.
Also the font awesome doesn’t have the new twitter icon, will that be updated or do we do that?

Any ideas on whether you plan to do updates for the theme and related plugins like WP Bakery? Does the theme work in WP6?

The WP Bakery plugin came as bundled within the theme, and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for it. When a plugin is updated, we will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Does the theme in it’s current state work with WordPress 6? I have my own license of WP Bakery. Does the latest version work with the theme?
The other question is when will you upgrade to the latest Layer Slider. The current version with the theme has security issues as per the developers change log.

You state on the theme that there was an update on 3 September 21 . This is however not reflected in the download. The download still has 3.3 which was an update from 2020. This is misleading.

There’s been several issues. First, how do I properly format my logo on the home page? there is white space around it no matter what sizing I put. (icbcs.org)
second, some pages don’t load after several minutes or ever. Especially when you try jumping from certain pages on the menu, it does not load and you would have to refresh the page. let me know what i can do. thanks!

My website appears to be sitting outside of the pagebuilder in raw code. I’m not sure what is going on. Is this something I can get support on? I wanted to check before I renewed my support contract.

It might be related with WordPress version 5.6, and can be reproduced even on the default WordPress themes. We have notified the developers of the WPBakery plugin about this.
In the meantime, you can disable the Gutenberg editor under WPBakery General Settings tab.

Hey there—we are running into issues with missing VC elements once we update theme to 3.2 and WPB to 6.0.5 just a couple: vc_cta and vc_widget_sidebar
Any help on why these would not be updating—have had tons of issues with new theme and VC (updating theme has erased/moved all of our widgets and menu settings)
