Hi,
After I use the Price range the number of the products at the filter doesn`t change. (For example at Age 1 – 4 years there are 4 products and if I set the max price range to 25$ there remain just a product, but at the filter the number soen`t change, is still shows 1 – 4 years (4), NOT 1 – 4 years (1)).
How can I connect the price range to filters, to change the products number in the filter area after I set the Price range??

Having you sending that link you tricked us to believe that this was your single-donation template. Instead that is just a page created by you and not single donation form page design. You tricked us into buying this theme. Instead, the signle form donation page template is not editable and has terrible design which we cannot edit.

1. This is the single cause page in this theme. The link is public. The plugin alternative for a single donation template is not editable by Elementor as you already noticed, hence limited compared to the Elementor template. This was the main reason we don’t use it.
2. You can never be “tricked” with any of our theme as we have a refund policy and simply we can’t force you keep the theme if you don’t want to

Hi there, there is no such thing as WP Rocket Competability . This plugin somehow depends on the hosting configuration. You can’t just activate the plugin and optimize your site. We use WP Rocket on our Live site but our settings won’t work for you.

I asked this because you put forward WP super cache in your compatible plugins..I thought, OK they optimized Caridad for WP super cache, what about Wp rocket then? Thank you for your interest. We’ve never tested those plugins so my guess is that the theme will have issues with them. Many plugins work out of the box however the problem with them is that if you run into issues we can’t help as we are not familiar with them. We don’t have a testing server but we have money back guarantee which serves the same purpose. Regards: VamTam

It says on your theme that you use woocommerce. So shouldn’t that mean that you support all services by woocommerce?
Can you test the woocommerce service in your website? If it works. I’m building this for a client and I can’t use your theme if it’s not sure that it works with woocommerce auction and woocommerce subscription.
Let me know when you’ve tried it.
Hi there, there are hundreds of plugins extending WooCommerce, it is not possible to test all of them. We only support WooCommerce not the extensions. Sorry. You are free to use any plugin but it is not guaranteed it will work with the theme nor can we offer support. We don’t intend to offer support to any extension anytime soon. My advice is to find a theme built with those extensions in mind, the plugins you mention are rather complex. Regards: VamTam

Now I downgraded from PHP 8 to PHP 7.4, but the same Error appears. I also tried to deactivate my VPN connection and now receive this error:

hi i have just purchased your theme.
now when i am trying to import the demo data its showing this .
