Hello. I purchased extended support for the Koral theme over a week ago and sent a message for help with no response. How can I best get help with an issue that I would like to resolve.
Currently, I’m using the Koral Photography template and have the Cube portfolio displayed on my page. I would like for the portfolio to be in colon instead of black and white. I am not seeing where to make a change to this. Can you guide me on how this can be updated?

Hello! I just changed custom font and weight does not load in Koral style options like before (DM Sans 500, DM Sans 700)... Now all my bold texts look bad. You can set the Shop Page to an other page you’ve created under Pages by going to the WooCommerce plugin Settings, that should help!

Hi, Iam using the theme from envato elements in 5 websites, i love it but today i watch my site code.
But i see a bigger big problem, The theme is loading the footer-bg.jpg from the demo.upperthemes.com! Why?
Can u tell me why is the image loading from your Host?
i see it in Developer tool like this:

Instagram post can’t display. I get this message : Please authorize Instagram on Appearance > Koral Options > Social Networks > Instagram and clicking on Authorize Instagram. I do it and the Instagram posts still can’t display.

Try de-authorizing then save the panel. Then re-authorizing it and save the panel again. If you have any caching plugin make sure you purge the cache as well.

Is the theme still supported? Specifically, Cube portfolio plugin. I am having problems configuring it in ajax mode. Is koral_custom_post_types related to this plugin https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/portfolio-post-type/? The theme is importing in my old portfolio instead of Cube posts.

How can you change the Koral Logo under the Newsletter. I cant find the option

You can change it under Appearance > Koral Options > Widgets Area > Footer. You’ll have the logo options on the Secondary Footer section.
