Hi!
I was wondering how i would hide future posts in the “neuron posts” elementor widget. Its really important since we create posts for the future but dont want these to be shown, only from the day it was published.

Have you checked it when you’re logged out or in an incognito browser, because the scheduled post won’t show in the Post element, also please make sure that you’re running the latest version of the Arkhitekton theme and Neuron Core plugin.

You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:

So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It’s already included in the theme.

Hi! I’m new with Arkhitekton(just purchased today),and I do not see any templates or ready made pages (like Design Agency, Furniture Shop, Arhiteture Studio, Project Showcase, Projects Metro and etc) after installing the Arkhitekton theme in wordpress. Am I doing something wrong here??? Do I have to build everything from scratch? Please HELP!!!

neuron-core-arkhitekton plugin v1.2.7 is not php8.0+ ready, it throws warnings for Instagram widget bloating error_logs, any plans to update it?

The ACF Pro is not included and you don’t need it, so you don’t have to use the pro version of the plugin to continue to work with our theme because all that we’ve created is with ACF free version.

That pretty much depends on the test location, our servers are based in Frankfurt(Europe), unfortunately we don’t have a huge budget to scale the servers in different countries.
So, if you do the tests within the Europe you’ll se a grade A result in almost every page including the demo. That will give you a better look how the theme performs and not the server.

That’s not that we support it, but some websites were created with RTL and there were not any issue, but you can try to create it and if you face any issue, our support agents will help you to solve them.

I am really disapointed: dummy content import is without true photos, only one “placeholderimage”, working this way is really depreciated, it does not help build websites…

Even if you help us, you really have to change that: importing dummy with no image is not serious neither practical. we dont even have the icons! so it brakes page…

Hi for some reason projects slides homepage doesnot show phtos. i cant find a reason for that (did all classical tests, cache, clean navigator, etc,....). firefow and chrome: same issue, BUT in edge it works fine… I feel lost i guess some calls fail…? I need to be sure before i buy it. Thx

I checked cache many times and classical stuff (firewall, adblocks, etc) and also project offset page…
All other demos seems to work fine. And same as in my previous comment: edge works fine, for both pages, not chrome, neither firefox…

1) Our theme supports the header builder, so you can create your header template via Elementor and you can display your logo via the Site Logo element and set the height there, or you can use the default header of the theme, and you can upload and set the height of the logo by going to Appearance > Customize > Header > Logo.
2) Unfortunately, there’s not an element to do it, but our support team will help you to achieve it with a plugin or in another way.

Thank you for the quick response, another question for you; I thought this theme was responsive, when checking the demos on my phone in portrait, I noticed than none of the landscape orientated images are responsive in that they are trimmed to square format. Could you please tell me if this is in fact a fully responsive theme and point me to an example where the landscape images are shown in full on a mobile device. Thank you.
As well as wanting to know about the responsiveness with landscape oriented images, could you also tell me if the top banner with the page title can be changed in size, or deleted and replaced with a simple title rather than the large image banner?

Please hover onto edit with Elementor and a dropdown with all templates that are being used in that page will be displayed.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
