Hi, Is it possbile to add language change icon (or listbox) for mutliple languages and supprt it arabic language (RTL) ?

In the “CHANGES” section, you show that the latest version of this template is 4.10. But when I download the file again from themeforest, I get a version 4.7

we purchased this theme a while ago for a client project and now we finished the development process.

There is one problem left which is the search field for the carbrand, we cannot hide or translate the “select type” label of the field, as long as we cant fix this issue we cant launch the project and hand it off to the client, it seems like the translation string is missing.
