Hi Natyra, I read you replied to another customer an hour ago. May I ask you the expected time of reply from the support team? I read in the support panel the working hours but… nobody replied since nearly 48 hours and now we are basically in the weekend and I don’t expect unfortunately a reply from the support during weekends.

exactly… refreshed the support page now with a “Happy Weekend!” message. No reply within 2 working day… then other two days off for the weekend… actually… not so impressed on the support. I my previous review a few months ago I was fav impressed … not sure what happened.

Hi, am i able to do real estate listings with this theme? What i need to do is sell real estate agents a subscription fee to view property listing submitted by sellers looking for a property agent. The seller must be able to list their house for free but the real estate agent must pay a subscription to view the listings. Is this possible with your theme?

I am trying to do either 1 of 2 things. Ideally the 2nd one is my preferred choice, but I can accept the 1st if the 2nd isn’t possible. 1. Can I limit anyone that signs up for a listing plan to only visitors from the United States? 2. Due to the complexity of dealing with VAT, I would ultimately like to have a FREE plan that anyone can list a basic listing, and then a PAID premium plan but limited to only visitors from the United States (or possibly specific countries that I choose). These things can be done using extensions in woocommerce but since you have a built in payment system, I am not sure if this is possible. Please advise.

I will like to know if one will have to pay for the payment plugin. I mean the available payment platform listed on the theme. I am from Nigeria and I can see that PAYSTACK is already on the list of payment integration. Hope I am not paying addition cost to set it up apart from the theme payment.

ListingPro is a Directory solution and not an e-commerce solution.
You cannot sell physical or digital products out-of-the-box, but you as an ADMIN can use any WordPress e-commerce extension that supports shortcodes and manually insert shortcodes on any page, individual listings (description box), or use widgets to show in the sidebar.
Listing owners can only showcase their products or services with the Menu management system. They can link it to an external page where they can sell the items but the transactions between the end-users (visitor) and the business listing owner will not take place on the website.
