I tried installing the demo content using the steps in this article and it crashed my site… I uninstalled wordpress and started over and the same thing happens when I try to install the demo content

Hi, I am looking for some specific feature like: - Category sorting of Model Profiles - Model Profile page with configurable data points to be shown in the profile - Models tagging as Premium, Hot, etc. with a ribbon or something like that which gets enabled for the profiles that have a particular tag or category.

I bought this theme a while ago. And everything was working well. Until I found an issue today. The plugin it is using doesn’t work. If I activate, it throws and critical error message throughout the website. And the plugin is the base plugin to build and function whole website. I need to renew the support to get what I am looking for. And its a problem from the theme file itself so, it doesn’t make sense to renew the support. I have this theme installed and followed the instruction to load demo content then install child theme.
I have a couple of issues.
It appears the theme isn’t as shown on the market slide demo. On the model page there is a carousel that scrolls the model portfolio. In the editor for the model page it is only possible to add 1 photo in the portfolio area.
The menu isn’t customisable. The only options are to choose from provided templates. Without providing a way of editing so that icons can be moved changed or layout customised to meet needs.
The models page isn’t provided. This makes it impossible to edit customise and tweak layout carousels or use as a template elsewhere.
Categories can have be assigned to a parent. However the selector (which isn’t customisable) doesn’t inherit this structure on the page.
the customiser allows for custom CSS to be injected. However the id tags and classes for the many onscreen elements aren’t surfaced.
