BUG REPORT: Tab for “My Listings” on customer account not working, is not showing the listings of the customer so customer can not edit their own listings, I already check permissions (add listing available) and still not working, I fixed turning off translation

Are you getting any error or just the listing not showing? A screenshot would help

it displays a 404 error and listings doesnt show, the permalinks are lost if its translated

Make sure you are not leaving empty spaces or special characters when translating permalinks.

Also make sure you are using latest theme version.

After you translate the permalink, go to wp-admin > Settings > permalinks and click update.

Is it possible to bulk import data including the custom fields we create?

Also, is it possible to show some fields only for Paid Users?

1. Yes, using WP all import plugin

2. You can restrict what fields the listing owner can use on their listing based on the listing package they purchase. You can’t restrict visibility for regular users

Interesting… how well is it optimized for WP All Import Pro plugin? I have everything in .CSV ready to be imported (content, headlines, categories, etc.)
Most of the fields I’m pretty sure you, more or less, support, but usually what all listing themes completely fail at is to provide support for - Working Hours
- Featured Image
- Gallery Images

There isn’t an option for this. I have forwarded this to our developers as a feature request. I’m not familiar how this works exactly so can’t say if it can be done currently with plugins.

2. No, the free version does not support designing archive templates for products

i have issues for creating contact form 7 for all contact form like Contact Business for all post so can you send me any demo.

Go to wp-admin > Contact forms and check if you have any contact form created, if not you can create one.

Copy the ID of the contact form (number)

Edit listing type > fields > add contact email field under “Used fields”

Edit listing type > single page > content and tabs > choose the tab where you are displaying the contact form, then click the contact form block.

There, paste the contact form ID

Is there a way for ther users to change their display name from the my account section? Few users / add postes mentioned this as there is no area to change the profile name from the backend. At present the user name is created direcly using the letters in their email address.

1. Users can’t change username after registration

2. While registering, you can allow users to type their username instead of it being generated. In wp-admin > theme tools > user roles disable the option to generate username, and add username field to the registration fields

1. Users cant change username after registration – This is understood. However lets say when a user registers using Gmail. The system pics up the charactors of the email before the @ symbol. For a example, if a user registers with an email of littlebrother@gmail.com, then the system creates the username as “Littlebrother” and this is fine, however the same is shown in the property listing page.

If the user wants to change the DISPLAY NAME as “Luxury Property Developers”, instead of using the characters of an email, then they cant do it because it is showing “Littlebrother” which is not helping them to showcase their real name when adding properties.

Hope this gives you a clear picture of the problem. Can you please give a solution for this?

Changing username by users is not available. This is not a theme limitation rather a WP one.

Using display name instead of username is possible.

Go to wp-admin > theme tools > user roles > add display name field to the registration fields.

Then the user can go to user dashboard > account details > and update their display name

1. This plugin works with woocommerce, so it should work as with any other theme. However there isn’t any deeper integration with it and we can’t provide customer support for it.

2. Similar to 1. Most plugins work with any theme out there, including MyListing

3. You need WC subscriptions plugin for recurring payments
