I’m looking for a url of a page of your demo as described above (if there is any), not for a print screen.

The problem is on product pages, where Stock status = On backorder or where products have the generic “In stock” status. Each time a user clicks the + button to select the number of products to add to the cart, the number of products is increased by 2 and not by 1. So the quantity of a product someone can add to the cart is 1,3,5,7,9 etc.

It seems to be a problem with your theme. The customer above mentions the same thing.

I downloaded it and I installed but nothing changed. The bug still exists. I checked the date stamp of all files in both theme and the plugins and I did not find a file with a date stamp later than 30th of September 2021. Is there a possibility that the fix has not been included in the download update?

I also found that the functions.php in the plugins.zip included in the theme folder is not the same version as the functions.php included in the plugins.zip included in the download bundle. The one in the theme is the latest version. Shouldn’t be synced / the same?

Indeed, the style.css writes “Version: 1.1.5”, but the style.css is the only one file in the download bundle with timestamp 11/10/2021 (month/day/year).

Next (by means of timestam) are the files functions.php at the root of the theme, the functions.js in the /js folder, loader.php and woocommerce.php in the /inc folder, davici.pot in the /languages folder and a few files in the /sass folder with timestamp 9/30/2021.

In the widgets bundle, the most recent file is the function.php at the root with timestamp 9/30/2021.

What I want to say, there is no any other file with timestamp later than 9/30/2021.

Maybe the file(s) with the bug fix has been forgotten to be included in the v1.1.5 download packge.

Please check, or let me know the filenames affected, so I will double check the timestamp of these files.

Thanks for your respond ! WPML problem is a third party problem, they will be responsible for supporting you. Building a multi-currency website is beyond the scope of the author’s support. Hope you understand and sympathise.

Based on my understanding if a theme is compatible with WPML and Multi-currency means it should be tested again major plugins available in market. And this author don’t give support to any issue which he agreed on his product.

Evanto customers should think twice before buying product from such authors.

This is what this author replayed on my ticket when i request to fix this issue.

These are the code of WPML , not all of our customers use this plugin. We are unable to update this issue. It is not in our scope. This is your ridiculous request. You can also contact evanto if you want.

I used Loadmore, but the load more button is not working and its style doesn’t match the rest of the site (it is a tiny button without padding, I fixed it). Also, the refresh icon is not visible (I checked the css, opacity is 0, and visibility is hidden), although there are products to load. Is there a sales page available in you demo to see how it works?

If this is the case, why there is the Loadmore option in the element “Wpbingo Product List”?

The reason of buiding an e-shop is making sales. Businesswise talking, a menu item / button “Special Offers” is an eye catcher and attracts website visitors. Special offers is always a must in an e-shop.

How an e-shop owner could display all products offered at a discounted price without some kind of pagination? You cannot set Wpbingo Product List – Wpbingo Product List = 500 in order to display all discounted products.

So you need a pagination. I hope it will be included in your next update.

Also “Order by” = Random is not working when it is combined with “Source Product” = Sale Product. So there are not any chances that the user will refresh the offers page and see more discounted products.

I download the update and I replaced the theme and the wpbingo plugin (because it contained the fix). I’ve lost my Lookbook images because they were stored in /wp-content/plugins/wpbingo/lib/lookbook/images/bwp_lookbook directory.

It is a really bad idea / practice to store this kind of images within the plugins folder.

I started uploading (through Lookbook) the same file. I tried 3 times but it did not work. Maybe if I had renamed the file and re-upload, it could work. I did not know what it was going on. I made a recursive search (from command line) at the root of the hosting for the file, I did not find it, and then I made a mass search in phpmyadmin. So I found the full path of the file. It was obvious that everything happened because I replaced the wpbingo. So I uploaded the files (file, original, thumb from last day’s backup) with ftp to the corresponding folders. For some reason it was not possible through Lookbook plugin (browse & upload), so I used FTP.

As I said is a bad practice storing the images uploaded by a user within the plugins folder. What it will be happen in the future if I have 10 Lookbooks everytime you release an update of the wpbingo plugin?
