Thank you for your interest. We provide our own premium widgets with our theme. You can upgrade to Pro if you wish but you don’t need to .
Minimum server requirements will be the same as seen on WordPress.org and Elementor.

I’m not able to update the hotel booking plugin? Isn’t it supposed to just automatically update? The plugin developer told me I have an old version, but I don’t see anywhere to update. Please advise.

Hi presales question: I want a theme for multiple properties so I should use your APARTMENTS template? The apartment index in the demo is categorised by beds (king/queen/etc), can I categorise by another label such as country or season

the razorpay extension might be something you need buy but the add on to connect the checkout to WooCommerce is included for free.
yeah in wordpress the plugin is free but only this i want to confirm that it can link with the checkout using razorpay. The included content preloader is optional but it is not really customizable. You can choose to enable or disable it under Appearance / Customize / Theme Options / Misc.
If you want to use a custom preloader, I recommend disabling it and then using a different preloader. This one seems it should work well instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/best-preloader/
Which folder / file can I see the preloader this theme goes with? My developer might be able to tweak it.

The hotel booking plugin that comes with your theme overloaded my cpu usage on my server and shut it down. It was throwing tens of thousands of ajax requests per hour! You either need to stop using it, or get them to fix it.

2 – 35 days prior to the booking date, a ‘Booking Reminder’ email is automatically sent out reminding them of their booking, the booking conditions, and suggestions of things to do and where to eat etc etc.
3 – 7 days prior to the booking date, a ‘We look forward to seeing you’ email is generated and sent out with suggestions of what to pack / what is supplied, and also directions (ideally plus google map?)
Are you please able to confirm if this set up is possible within the theme?

Yes, this is done via the Accommodation / Settings / Admin Email and Customer Email settings

I don’t know if there is a setting for that. There might be an option inside the Request Payment Plugin / add on.
3 – 7 days prior to the booking date, a ‘We look forward to seeing you’ email is generated and sent out with suggestions of what to pack / what is supplied, and also directions (ideally plus google map?)
Same as #2. Did you check this add on out? We include it as part of the free bundle.
