After last update our template is broken ( fashionhero.dk ). How do we switch from wpbakery to elementor? Do we have to buy a new one or ? We have elementor pro on website nut our current template is in wpbakery.

If I buy this theme, can you promptly provide me the necessary CSS code to fix these issues? I know how to apply custom CSS. I presume this will be quicker than waiting for the release of the next theme update.

Elementor version. Custom titles – doesnt works after upgrade to 5.1.1. I can see content when I’m editing it in elementor, but I cant see it on frontend (only empty “placeholder”). Default standard title works ok. Checked plugin conflict with only elementor and thegem plugin active – still the same – title not visible. . Custom footers works well. Everything up to date: wp 5.8.1, elementor 3.4.3 Could you check if everything is ok with custom titles?

hi, i updated thegem and the slider revolution animation broke (it appears shifted to the right for the first few seconds and then settles on its own). I wanted to update slider revolution to see if it fixes and it asks me for the installation code to update but it was included in the purchase of thegem. How can I get the activation code for slider revolution or to fix the broken animation? Thanks

Apparently, I have made some changes. I deleted the photos from other themes using cPanel server. When I got back to my website, the animation for portfolio photos wasn’t functioning properly.

If I click on Digital Marketing theme from Demo Import without having to reinstall the whole theme package, will I lose all my website content?

Hi! My demo importer just stopped working suddenly. My support has expired but I do not think I should be required to purchase additional support for something should be working.

I was presented with the error “problem occurred while processing the ajax request” and all of the possible reasons aren’t helpful/correct – my server settings are all correct (and showing check marks within the theme) my internet is working properly, my desktop is not using a proxy with settings that restrict ajax.
