Since the issue only happens on your end, 99% it’s something isolated on your setup so you need to provide store access and consult with our developers, like everyone else does who needs such level of support.

I have already opened a ticket but noone has answered. The website doesn’t work on mobile at all. Whole day, means losing customers!

You don’t have to provide here anything, just use that user to login into your account and post comments and/or file tickets. You will need to have valid support for tickets that require investigation on your own setup.

Hello again. I found the error. We use Complete SEO Package and set the module to generate full path of product with categories and subcategories. As example www.example.com/category1/subcategory1/product_1 (full patch) instead of www.example.com/product_1 (direct link) by default. When I set the module to work only with direct product links, then we do not have issues and I can see recently viewed products… But if we want the full path with categories, then Recently Viewed does not detect the products and does not show them. So, could you do let me know what to change and where in the code to get the full path of the product in recently viwed section? Thanks.

I’ll send a support ticket, and I’ll work on it myself. Though I’m a little stumped that the theme would allow a form field to be added to registration and not attribute the submitted data to the registrant’s oc_customer.

The way it works out of the box seems nonsensical. What’s the point of having the registration require an upload then?

The register view template is under Journal3. I would’ve assumed if it’s an asset that comes with the theme issues specific to the code within it could be addressed.

The advantage of running the beta program for us is that we separate issues from the normal support that we do on our support page by having a dedicated email communication channel just for the beta so we can isolate various aspects much faster (and not get it mixed with regular support that’s not necessarily related to new product features we’re introducing).

Hi, not all payment methods work with one page checkouts because they are developed for the default Opencart checkout, especially those which are based on a confirm payment callback.

This probably happens on all one page checkouts for Opencart, however, with the help from our customers, this has already been addressed in v.3.2 (currently in beta).

You can add different pricing per option in Opencart, however that’s only visible at the product page, e.g: https://www.journal-theme.com/1/test?search=app

So the different options with different prices are not visible at the product listing (grid or list), only at the product page.
