welcome I am interested in this Theme and would like to buy it and I have some questions before buying answer me and then I will decide to buy the theme..I am really ready to buy it.
1) Does your theme support Arabic?
2) Does it support right to left writing?
3) Does the control panel inside the theme support Arabic or is it only in English?
4) Can I as a site owner prevent members from posting places or restaurants.. and just let me log in to rate and comment only on places and companies I’ve added without adding any places?

1&2. ListingProWP doesn’t officially support RTL.You can download a 100% translated file of the Arabic language here. As for converting your theme to RTL, you may google How to make a WordPress theme RTL and follow the instructions.
3. We don’t support Arabic but as mentioned above, you can google about it or ask anyone on our FB Group if they are using it.
4. You can control every listing that wants to be added to your site. So, whenever someone tries to add a listing you as an admin can either publish the listing or decline their request.

1. Can I add custom bullet points to the pricing plans? 2. Can I list pricing plans in months rather than years (12 months rather than 365 days)? 3. Do you have a currency converter for the front end (with live rates)? 4. How much is your cost per hour for customised work? 5. Your demo sites seem to load rather slowly (I am based in Germany). Will we be able to speed this up at all?

Added to the last question, how long does it take you to roll out an update if there are bugs reported? I see a few reviews grumbling about bugs in the theme, which of course is a worry. I cannot afford to spend months working on a site and to launch it and to have bugs which are hard/slow to fix. Thoughts appreicated!

7. When we add businesses who have not claimed their listing and are not aware of being listed, what happens if a user contacts them via the contact form? ie do they get an email saying they have an email message but they need to sign up before they can view it? Or how does that work?

Live demos are for the purpose of the demo only. We do not optimize our demos for page speed. Page load time has almost nothing to do with the theme. Page load has everything to do with the hosting option, content, images, etc. For more details read the following articles. What should I do to improve my site speed?

Many thanks Natyra for all your answers. One thing I have noticed is that ListingPro is not so good on mobiles. A lot of page formatting is not correct and you would need to fix a lot of small issues with CSS. Can you explain why that is and if this is something you are fixing?

is there a shortcode or simple way to display LOCATION and CATEGORY on single-listing-page? now, it is not visible for user when looking at listing what its location and category are…very odd.

Hi Natyra, I am specifically asking about AdSense “Auto Ads” which is not addressed in the article. Auto Ads allows Google to place the ads themselves without a user defining their location. This allows for AI assisted optimal placement. Is using this feature of AdSense possible using this template?

I have a few pre-sale questions about the theme:
1) Can I use this theme for businesses such as plumbers and electricians? Or is theme only good for restaurants?
2) In the listing author dashboard, can I add custom tabs on the right tab menu? Example, I want to add tabs for Marketing that leads a signed in author to a page to additional marketing services we offer. This should ONLY be visible to signed in Listing Author level.
3) Can the homepage search function be customized to remove the “What” and only display the “Where” (location search)?
4) Does this theme work with or comes with Elementor capability? If so, is there any limits to being able to customize pages (ex: Homepage, Listings, etc)?
5) Once someone has signed up for a listing and the limit the site admin sets is only one listing, can the “Add Listing” button be hidden? I’d like it to only be seen by site visitors NOT logged in.
6) For the review section, I noticed I didn’t see a way for people to actually sign in to leave a review. Is this possible? I’d rather people be required to sign in as a simple user (not listing author) so they can leave a review.
7) Can maps be hidden on search and individual listing pages? My niche doesn’t require people to map them, instead they provide services at residential and commercial locations.
On individual listings, can a button for “Website” also be placed along the top with the “Share”, “Save”, etc.?
9) Can listing URLs be setup as follows: site https://name.com/listing/virginia-plumbers/business-name ?
10) On the individual listing page, the “Report Now” button doesn’t open up to allow for further detail to be entered. Is this possible? It would give more clarity as to exactly why the listing is being reported.
I look forward to hearing from you and possibly purchasing the theme based your responses. I’m currently using a theme for my directory but its limiting in scope.

TIp, after you click Elementor Page Builder on the top you will be able to add the Elementor widgets to your homepage. So, you pick any of the widgets and drag to homepage-> https://prnt.sc/1sck2bv
Then for example you choose the”listing by” widget you will be able to show the listing based on: Category, Location, Category and Location and recently added; And you can add as many listings as you want with this widget.

Hello. I have just installed the theme and uploaded the dummy content. While configuring the theme, I have set header bckgr colors but they are not working. Also, I have changed the home banner image in theme options, but all I am getting is a grey color instead of the image.
Also, category background color is set to a different than the defualt one but it’s not changing. I need your help please.
Also in Homepage Banner Style the only one that actually is working is the Nº 1. All the other 6 options are NOT working.
I don’t know if I am doing something wrong, so please your help is really apreciated.

I have read the article ‘till the end’ and there is no answer to the issues that I have with your theme. It’s a shame but I’m gonna have to rate it 1 because after installing the theme, it simply doesn’t work! I already paid for it
Please try to disable/purge your cache and also disable it if possible and then test. It’s a common issue when cache is enabled you will run into unexpected behavior.
