I have looked at a number of themeforest themes, both paid and free. Some are good and some are not. A handful are completely broken. This is one of those.
This is a particularly beautiful theme, so it grabbed my attention. I gave it a try on a test site and the demo loaded great. The documentation is also particularly well organized, although it’s probably copy-paste from a similar work by the author given that the template is not functional.
Once I started fiddling with the content, I discovered that there are a lot of bugs. The most egregious of these is the fact that in many instances, the images that you change in the content back end are not reflected because the code points to them incorrectly. You change the image in the back end, but it keeps the original demo images on the front end. The only way to change images is at the file structure level. This is a dealbreaker.
I can see why this was chosen as a free offering and why the comments section is loaded with unhappy customers. This theme is not viable in its current form. It should be removed from themeforest until the author completes this build.
I currently have multiple sites running using themeforest themes, including Rabbit and Revity.
Both are excellent and Revity is particularly well optimized in code for fast and smooth loading. There’s a few oddities in there too, but nothing terminal.

Thanks for responding. I do hope you make efforts to look at the problems I highlighted. It’s a beautiful theme and your design staff did a great job. It’s just a problem of your developers and QC. It feels like there was minimal to zero actual testing of this theme. At $99, I would consider this extremely inappropriate.
As I said, I had no problems installing it. I know others have had problems with that, but I did not. I followed your documentation and it worked exactly as described. In fact, I pointed out in my comment above that your documentation is excellent – some of the best I have seen. I would expect that you have a large number of templates that you have built that use similar framework, so you make a few adjustments here and there, modify the documentation framework and publish a theme through the Themeforest platform. This is pretty common and I have zero problem with it. But if you have bad code and you don’t test for it, you end up with a non-viable theme.
I think your aesthetic design is extremely good. It’s beautiful work and I wish it had been better tested.
I had problems with changing images in the page editor and discovering that the framework you had built was pointing to hard linked images, so changing them in the back end did not work at all.
This happened in multiple instances. This was on a fresh WP install of 5.6 on WebHostingHub. All of the plugins were installed correctly and worked without issue. It’s just that the images in the parallax objects did not change properly and images in some of the other widgets also had serious problems, like the image becoming 150×150 for no obvious reason inside one widget. This bug was reported above by someone else and is the reason I came to the comment section to see if the bugs I had experienced were experienced by anyone else and maybe had a quick and easy solution. I fixed one banner image by simply replacing it in the files (which showed that it was looking in an unusual folder location). I was unable to do this to have multiple banner images.
I have not had this problem with the two templates I have worked with most in the past few months, Rabbit and Revity. I am familiar with Wordpress and this is not my first WP website. I have been doing website building/admin for nearly a decade now on multiple platforms. I do make mistakes and there’s always a learning curve, but I can usually solve most issues within a fairly short time.
I was able to change images using bad practice methods, but I was not able to solve the 150×150 image problem after an hour of fiddling and gave up.
Less than 3 hours later, I had a complete site built already to show my clients using the Revity template that costs less than a third of this template.
I got both of them for free and I tend to use the free templates from Themeforest for my “quickie proof of concept” projects. If there’s a need later on, I’ll come back and purchase updates and such through the developer on Themeforest.
I don’t expect you to give support to me. I’m just providing you feedback and a review for other users who might be considering buying this highly priced theme.
If you’re going to put stuff out in the open market with your name on it, make sure it works first. Your entire comment section is full of negative comments because this theme has some serious problems that would require hours for a third party developer to fix.

After a lot of trying to fix problems working with the free offered Dona theme I decided there was no other way than to buy the theme in order to get help creating the website as I want it to be.

Problems are:
In the about us row the images turn to thumbnail size there is no way to change this back to the size as it was in the demo. Or I can’t find a way anyway. How do I get the about image to be bigger again?
Is there a way to change the contact form? Where can I find options to change the text to Dutch language?
This also is a problem when there are buttons programmed into a row or section. Where do I change text in for example ‘the read’ more buttons in the blog section?
The CTA area shows a background image wich I don’t want to be repeated. It does and I can’t find where to change it.
