But the button is different in any page even it is on the same domain.

Hi. I have a problem with the theme. It does not enable theme options for customization in: Theme Options. Can you help me? I had to reinstall from scratch. I installed Wordpress and reinstalled the theme. I’ve done the same procedure 3 times and the menu is disabled.

This is a pre-sale question. I bought a theme and there is issue with the side bar. I asked the author and He refused to make the sidebar sticky and wants additional fee, It’s very important to keep the sidebar sticky to allow the users to quickly sort out categories and other filters.
If the theme has issues with the sidebar, Do you offer refund? I am thinking on buying your theme. I just have one question, Are the sidebar sticky? I looked at your demo links and none of the sidebars are sticky. Can you enable the sticky sidebar and share a screenshot? I looked around the website and there doesn’t seem any kind of sticky sidebar enabled even on the blog page, product price page etc. Is it really so hard to add a sticky sidebar? I really don’t get it.

My support expired but I’ve got a few issues.
Mobile and tablet menu stopped working and via ‘console’ it throws a lot of errors (jQuery is not defined, t.ui.$wrapper.slick is not a function, f is not a function and p is not a function). Ewebot and WordPress are up-to-date (the latest).
After tweaking the theme options it worked for a while but somehow reverted back to the wrong state.
Everything used to work just fine but suddenly it ‘crashed’.
Can you help me?
The error has probably something to do with the ‘optimization’ options in the Theme Settings. When CSS and JS are enabled the website works a bit (still no mobile menu) but when I turn both off nothing works. WPDaddy Builder Pro also has issues (when looking in console error log).
As mentioned before the ‘featured blog image’ isn’t shown anymore after updating everything (ewebot, plugins and wordpress). Template has become a bit buggy.
Before posting such comments, it’s better to update the support, theme and all required plugins. The theme does not have those issues.
I’m not paying 60 Dollars for a support question. ‘The theme doesn’t have these issues?’ What kind of support is that? I’m currently facing these issues so the problems are real.

If you have expired support, so it’s possible that you have the old theme version. You have to update the theme and all required plugins. As for the mobile issues, please refer to the online theme documentation “mobile issues” section. To get further assistance you should have an active support. Please read the support terms you agreed while purchasing any item on Themeforest. The current theme version does not have the above mentioned issues. Thanks
I already updated everything (theme, plugins and wordpress). I have the latest version of the theme installed. Reinstalled several other backups but nothing seems to help. Already looked at the Mobile Issues page, doesn’t do the trick.
It seems I must pay in order to get the website looking great again.

That’s not a right place to discuss the tech related questions. Please try to disable the 3rd party plugins which can affect the work of the theme. You claim that our theme has the issues, please check our demo website. Do you experience the same issues?
The theme installed on my website has issues, your version on your own website obviously not. I just submitted a support request (ticket 37643). Hope someone can fix it.

Hello, We bought the theme a few days ago and installed the demos. We want to use demo 06 but also add a few elements from the other demos. We have a problem with displaying the elements Faq and EXPERIENCE which are from demo 05. The problem is that the text is displayed on the photos and should be below them as in your demo 05 which is shown in themeforest. The problem appears only when we browse the site over the phone. This problem is still present in demo 05 which we imported when installing the theme, ie the problem did not appear due to moving the element from demo 05 to demo 06. Can you help us correct this?
