Just thought to ask, Is your site having some issues. I am facing intermittent issues since last few days or so, on below URL-

2. Another thing I noticed that is, While I try to use login credentials on above URL, and click on Sign In button, it again shows another page of Wordpress Admin Login type page.
There I have to again use the same Login credentials, just to get In to the support page.

Why it is asking Login details 2 times on 2 different page types.

Earlier I used to login on the above URL and the moment I enter Login details it immediately Logged me In.
The same was with the Sign In page on this URL

1. That was because the support system server was down and we have fixed it at the same time in a couple of minutes, so it is working fine now, please check again after removing the cache.

1. OK, I can understand. Yes, it is working now.

2. I tried this link itself.
I tried on completely New browser and for the first time also (Firefox, latest version). I was earlier using with Chrome.
But unfortunately, the same thing is appearing on Firefox also. I tried clearing everything on both the browsers. Something is really going wrong.
Below is the Screenshot of the 1st login page for entering Support

I clicked on Sign In button (after entering login credentials), on the page from the URL you mentioned (the same I also mentioned in my last response)

But it again shows another page of Wordpress Admin Login type page. There I have to again use the same Login credentials, just to get In to the support page.

Below is the URL of the 2nd page, that opens up afterwards. (That is, after already entering the Login details on the page http://portotheme.com/support

Earlier I used to login successfully from the above URL at once only, that is the moment I enter Login details it immediately Logged me In to the Support site for creating a Ticket.

1. There was an option to Disable / Enable each Social Share links on Single Product Page below Add to Cart button. I am missing now. I did that earlier successfully. Now as Shifted to different Hosting and installed Theme again with a Fresh copy, could not memorize how I did that earlier. Can you please guide me where can I find this.

2. Also, how to enable or show Whatsapp, Share icon on Single product page, as well. I did successfully enabled that also earlier.

The link you mentioned is for Header and Foorter related Watsapp issue.
And my concern is about the Whatsapp Social Share icon displaying on Single Product page below Add to Cart button (where All other Social share icons that are showing below Add to Cart button).

You can try to click on Watsapp icon. Clicking on Watsapp Share icon on Single product page is not doing anything.
Although clicking on other Social share icons are working properly

There is no such issue with our latest theme, this must be on your site only, please go to Porto >> Theme Options and click on the save changes button and check back your site after removing the browser cache, if that will not resolve your issue then please make sure that your server requirements must meet our latest theme and plugins minimum requirements as listed below:

PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000
memory_limit 256M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

Otherwise please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 20/05/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Within this theme there are templates such as members, team, etc. I want to make those templates only show on some pages and not on others. I am interested because I have created a template with backery builder for the main page (Home), and I cannot remove the member designs and others, I am using the theme law 2

No, It’s not correct, you can check again after removing the browser cache.

Sorry to say that but there is no such option, you can increase the size of the image by clicking on ”+” only but you can achieve it with a simple trick you can make it disappear using Custom CSS, and then it will work for you.

Here is the Custom CSS.

Hello,

While scrolling down on the Home page (or any other, like product page) from any of the Demos (say Shop 2 or Shop 4), I can see that the Main menu becomes Sticky and started showing up at the top. That’s fine.

However, 2 important things that are not showing up when we scroll down.

1. Cart icon
2. Search Bar
Our Main priority is to display the Cart icon also while scrolling (that is originally showing at Top right side of the Demo pages – Shop 2 or Shop 4)

Or does this theme have the feature to enable the cart also as Sticky header, while visitors scroll down on the pages.

Few quick pre-sales

While exploring comments section I see there is an issue related to Watsapp icon in the Header, that is Not working as intended.
You showed the correct updated code in the below help page. However, wanted to know-

1. What if after making changes by following the correct path like – porto/inc/functions and in the Layout.php file, and then,

1.a) if there is an Update Release in the Theme and we Update it from within the Wordpress Dashboard (One-Click). Will it loose this change. And revert back the Coe again.
And we have to Update the code for Whatsapp Header issue again, after updating the theme everytim.
If so, can you please suggest what is the correct way to achieve and resolve this issue , in order to have it change permanently, irrespective of future updates

1.b) What if one have a Child theme of Porto. But again, update the theme from WPress Dashboard. Will it loose the changes.
Can the code be implemented or added in any of the file (like functions.php or any other) directly in the Child Theme itself.
So as Not to worry about any future update of the Main Porto theme.

1.c) I can see, that this problem is going on since almost the beginning of the lauch of the theme or so
However, the correct code from the above page URL has not been implemented directly within the theme core file >> Layout.php
to resolve Whatsapp Header n footer issue

If that gets implemented, one won’t need to worry about future updates and reversal of Whatsapp issue.

2. Similarly for Footer Whatsapp issue

Can you please suggest and have it resolved permanently

1.a, Yes, you are right, it will be changed/override whenever the theme will be updated, so the best possible option is to use and change in the Child Theme and it will not have any effect whenever the theme will be updated.

1.b, Already explained in the above point, you have to use the Child Theme and it will not be changed and you can try to add the same file at the same path with same folder hirarchy in Child Theme and change the code in it, Or you can try to change the code directly in the Child Theme functions.php file as well with Custom function.

1.c, You are right again, and that is because not all of the customers want that functionality and that is the reason we simply added it as basic functionality, and for making it in advance we propose a solution, but again as per on your request, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
