Pre-purchase question. Nice theme with respect to resolutions. If am gonna use One-Click-Demo Install: 1. Can I make use of some of your dummy images? 2. Does the one-click give me full access to all 12 demo-pages or just a particular one chosen? 3. If the latter is the case, how do I combine different hero sections from different home pages i.e lets say I like the services section in Demo 2, how do I move that section into Demo 1. Thanks.

Thanks for purchasing our theme. We use contact form plugin from wordpress.org form plugin not our own plugin. There is no relation with form plugin and Mail with theme. You need to use re-captch to protect spam mail.

Then you should stop using a plugin that sends a million spam emails a day! It’s pointless having a website/ theme if i can’t use the contact form feature without getting a million spam emails!
Contact form is a 3rd party plugin from wp.org it is not theme core coding related. It is common issue for any form if form don’t use re-captcha.
We use Contact form 7 & Fluent form which one you using? use re-captcha it will solve spam issue.

This template has many errors, and every comment says that it is the server ….. the logo I need to adjust the height using css and in the customize module it throws an error and does not take the changes, the footer the logo does not he takes it
Please create ticket which error you got. Logo height can manage by custom CSS.

I have a client who is using your theme. However when importing things, two things are different from the demo data:
1. There is no contact 7 form templates like the ones on the demo 2. On the services detail page, style 2, the left hand side bar which displays the pricing and what not, looks different. I would like the same.

This is an incredibly slow theme. I get a 6 with lighthouse. I have a cache plugin and all images optimized. Will this be fixed? If not I strongly advise against purchasing this theme.

I’ve used wp rocket, hummingbird, w3, and super cache. Same results for all. Images are all fully optimized.
Even your own demo site gets 4/100 on mobile and ~25/100 on desktop.
I sent a support ticket but they sent a generic message on how to optimize the website. The issue isn’t a plugin, ssl, or optimized images. The issue is how it’s coded. It loads way too much js and css which destroys google lighthouse score

I investigate last two hours and found main issue is Redux plugin after disable Redux plugin see the performance increase from 9 to 44 see
After last time Redux give an update after that update performance issue arise.
We already avoid using Redux plugin for Theme Options Last 3 themes we use WordPress default customize and upcoming themes.
Also we will replace Redux Theme Options from our current theme with WordPress default customize.
Please allow some days we will replace Redux with customize.

I am stuck, Due to malwares I removed wp and reinstalled, After installing this theme when I click Import Theme Home 1. It crashed with DB error, My hosting service provider corrected the issue then my username and password is not working. Last time I requested support from you and my website crashed every next day. Even more of an issue now. I have a page called Projects with Grid 4 set up, but the page defaults to Grid 1. and the projects do not work. It’s starting to get messy and confusing. Im unable to edit the Projects page now as well.
