When will the Buddypress integration be added and Will it allow players stats from Sportspress show on thier profiles?

1. Buddypress integration is planned but we don’t have an ETA for this update.
2. Since we’re going to add compatibility with BuddyPress with SportsPress add-on, the player stats will be displayed on the profile page.

Ignore my question – I just discovered there another whole page of comments in which you have already answered my question in reply to another enquiry. Glad to hear you’ve used blocks instead of Elementor or similar.
That’s correct! We’re using Gutenberg blocks to organize the content.
Does this theme use Wordpress Gutenberg blocks for organizing content? I am not a fan of WP Bakery/Visual Composer/Elementor themes – I like to keep Wordpress lean and mean!
IF I see new esports Themen for singles games like Heartstone or any other card game/Smash Bros and any other Fighting Game/ FIFA / StarCraft 2
If we have an option for a list for single player games which shows which placings they got, I will buy it instantly, because this function is missing in every esports template. It should look like:
[Playername / Foto maybe] | [Placing] | [Eventname / Logo]
I would buy it instantly, if this function would be available. Think about this, to have the option between these 2 could raise your sales I guess, because no one is taking into account to these single player games :/ sadly

The Necromancers theme is built to be used for team-based games. Even though the SportsPress plugin allows you to set it to Player-vs-Player mode, some layouts are oriented to teams.

hi Dan, Thank you again for this amazing theme. Honestly i am totally in love with the layout etc… but before buying I have a question ? You say in the theme description and some answers to clients that it was build for an esport team. but can i am an organizer and i organize basketball tournaments on nba2K (nba2K). I already have the Alchemist theme but i want to use this one for a specific league. do you think i can use this theme to manage a league of several teams and several matchs with sportpress plugin ?

That’s right. The theme is aimed to cover eSports games. For example, Basketball includes different results for a match (1-4 quarters, overtime score, final score) when the Necromancers theme displays only the final score (see screenshot https://cln.sh/cwWJPj ). Also, Tournaments functionality is a part of SportsPress Pro plugin, but the theme is not fully compatible with SportsPress Pro at the time.
As you can see, some issues might prevent you from getting a fully functional site using the Necromancers theme other than the eSports game.

The theme can be used for a league with an unlimited number of teams, matches, etc. However, there are some pitfalls for sports that weren’t considered in the development stage.

Hi dan, I understand the theme is now compatible with Sportpress only. Do you have any plan for the integration with Sportpress Pro, just like the tournament bracket page? I am now using the Alchemists Theme for my website.
May I know the theme design concept behind or the difference between Alchemists and Necromancers? I am considering switching the theme and would like to know more details in advance.

Currently we don’t have plans to add SportsPress Pro compatibility, but we always reconsider buyers requests. So, there is a possibility that it will be added in future updates.
We developed the Necromancers from scratch using different tools and completely different design concept compared to the Alchemists theme.

We built the Necromancers for eSports in mind, but I don’t see any significant restrictions to use it for other sports. Nevertheless, we didn’t test it with all available sports in SportsPress, so I can’t say that it’s 100% compatible with other sports.

Hello, I have a problem with the permalink of the Partners page. I changed the name in the Settings > Permalinks page but it still stays with the /partners/.

Unfortunately, there is no full integration with SportsPress Pro so far. Please note that the Necromancers theme is less data-driven compared to the Alchemists theme. Creating the Necromancers we were more focused on non-standard layouts of players, teams, events, etc.
