I’m having quite a few problems with this theme. I’ve had to install it 3 times now for it to finally import the demo content + I there were constant errors. Now I am unable to log into your support so I have to post here.
I am trying to reposition the menu by selecting “Menu Position: Right” and it’s not working. It continues to float right.

As stated above, I am unable to log into your help center. It keeps saying I never verified my account and to check my email yet I never received an email to confirm my account and there’s not an option to resend the email. Please advise!

I submitted a support ticket but them just fixed it myself by adding this to the stylesheet:
.qodef-header-standard—left #qodef-page-header-inner .qodef-header-navigation { margin-left: auto; margin-right: 0px;}
It now floats right vs left. Although I was able to fix it, this is a bug so you might want to look into it and fix it in your theme.

This is happening because of the new WordPress update. We are aware of this issue and our dev team working hard to make a fix for all our themes (you will be notified via email when the new update is online on theme forest so you can apply this fix).
In meantime, you can change a WordPress version to the previous one (find more info here), or use another plugin that is changing widgets back to classic https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Before considering purchasing this theme, I would like a little clarification. When you talk about “shortcode”, for example, to integrate a list of specific products on a page, can we integrate it via a drag-and-drop module in the Elementor builder?

Category and tag pages and archive pages and you can read more about archive pages in this article – What Are Archive/Category/Taxonomy Pages.
If you were referring to possibility of showing products using product list element only from certain category or tag, then there is an option within the product list element to do this ( please see screenshot ). Just enter the taxonomy (category/tag) slug that you need.

Hi I bought a WPBakery plugin separately and installed and activated. But its not showing the editor properly. It is said that the theme will support for WPBakery builder plugin. But when I tried to edit an existing page its not showing the page in the fronend/backend builder properly. Guide me please.
The Demo pages which I download does not look proper when I am using WPBakery builder. It was showing properly while using Elementor. But I deactivate Elementor to use WPBakery builder. please respond asap. I have already wasted a lot of time since I bought this theme.

Please understand that demo content of the theme was built using the Elementor page builder, and since WPBakery and Elementor are not interchangeable, content created with Elementor cannot be edited with WPBakery.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery and all of the theme’s shortcodes are available with this page builder too so you can use it to create your content.

You should not have mentioned WPBakery Support in your description. That’s very bad. I never had this kind of experience from any of the themes bought from themeforest.

- Is it possible to place an additional menu bar below the current navigation? We would like to use it for the shop, an example can be found on www.lukse.be - On the checkout page, can you place the overview block on the right, next to the invoice data instead of under it? - Is it possible to get a demo login so we can take a look at the dashboard part ? - Is it possible to disable the hover over the products (store page) and only show an “add to basket” button under the product category?

- There is no possibility to display 2 menus with Umea. - The checkout page is created with the default WooCommerce shortcode. Editing it would require additional coding, but this falls out of our support scope. - We can’t offer access to our demo before buying, thank you for understanding. - Unfortunately, there is no option to display the add to cart button beneath the product. It will always show on hover.

Our theme is compatible with WPBakery, as it is stated on its ThemeForest page, but this plugin does not come with our theme. You need to buy it separately, in order to use it. Elementor, on the other hand, can be used for free. All the same widgets/elements are available for both plugins.

When I do import in console I see a lot of errors:

Hello! I made changes in Umea Core Options, and when I click in Save Changes, it keeps “thinking” but doesn’t save the changes. The rest of the website seems to work perfect. What could be the problem?
I think that it is maybe because of a problem with the license. We activated the license in a previous hosting only for a few days, now we are in a different hosting and it tells me that the license has been already activated. We can’t deactivate the license because the previous website no longer exists.
I have written to you to Edge Theme profile contact, with all the info: We need to deactivate the license and activate it in the new site.

Thanks for taking an interest! There is an option to filter by category, so if you create your categories for brands and organise your content that way you could have the filter by brands https://umea.qodeinteractive.com/shop/
However if you referred to some specific feature for filter by brand you should know that this is not included within our theme and it could possible be achieved with some third party plugin for this purpose. Do note that we have not tested this plugins nor we can’t really guaranty theme compatibility with it.
