I’m getting the error jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated for wp-content/themes/funio/js/functions.js and plugins/wpbingo/assets/js/newsletter.js
Also the WPbingo megamenus are not working even if I update the content it doesn’t refresh on the menu.

I’m not able to import demo content. I tried to import both from theme options and manually with xml. From theme options, it never really succeeds importing and from manual xml import, most of the stuff is not important. I’ve contacted siteground and they said 40000 max_execution_time is not possible for them to set. How can I fix the issue? Is there any option to manually copy and paste the demo content?

Hi, I had a terrible experience with your tech support last year for your Dimita theme.
Everything I requested, which various other themes supported, was considered by your tech support Tung Hoang as custom and gave no support. I have never received such contentious responses to all my queries.
Also, fundamental things like changing the primary colors and fonts, product page layouts reverted to theme defaults after every update. Again Tung Hoang told me that was normal and informed me that I would need to update the theme CSS after every update to maintain my color palette and fonts. To this day, whenever Dimita is updated, I have to edit the theme CSS. Example https://wpbingo.ticksy.com/ticket/2377037/
All this turned me off to your customer support system and the Dimita theme. Has your tech support team improved in the last year? Does Tung Hoang still work for y’all?
My client likes your Funio theme, but I am very hesitant to purchase another theme from you.
