PRE SALES QUESTIONS

Hi we are looking to create a Stock Photography website to sell a subscription based model its hard to know what your software with the digital download plugin can do, some questions before we decide to buy.

- Can we have watermarks through your software (or best use an extremal plugin??) - Is there a member “My Account” section where they can potentially upgrade their plan to monthly or yearly so the ability to upgrade or downgrade between plans?

- DO they have download history under their account to see what they have downloaded in the past?

- With the Subscription method if we offer 1 month plans that roll over every month and charge the customer (and yearly option – unlimited downloads) can your software limit to say 10, 20 or 30 image downloads per month and yearly will have unlimited download options. (is this done with the all access pass in digital downloads plugin or we don’t need that plugin???

- Are the final jpg downloads that the user buys link protected? so they cant copy the link and give it to a friend? and they wont be able to guess other images filenames if they are all stored in a /edd media folder?? ie xxxx-image23.jpg we might have another file residing in there xxxx-image24.jpg that they potentially could guess??? im worried they can see the full path of the images?

- do you offer custom code and how much if we have a specific feature we need?

If they register an account we need to receive their personal details, payment details. 4) will it work with Squareup payment gateway? if not what does it use? On this site there are packs up to 9 videos, I can download everything or just a video, but it is organized in this way, which I can see the 9 similar versions and choose which one to download.

Is there a way to remove license from the existing site. My client no longer use my support for websites and stopped paying me. So I decided to remove the license from his website. I am unable to login to his website sice he has changed the credentials. Is there anyway you guys can help me to remove the license from that website? Can a Seller have a Digital Product – and when someone registers for the Digital Product – It would charge the Seller – and not the buyer? So, every time a ‘form’ or registration is complete the seller is charged?

It is not compatible with the All Access plugin, when I click to see the plan details, it does not list the files that the user has downloaded.
