Upgraded to v6.2 earlier and now woo-commerce filters are greyed out as well as category page product displays not showing unless you re-sort the page.

We have not tested the JetPack officially with our theme so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want you can try it with our theme but at your own risk.
And regarding the Add to Cart button not showing, please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, Otherwise, please purchase the support extension first and then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

Sorry to say that but with the pre-built layout of the single product pages, this is not possible, you can not change the tabs as horizontal.

Otherwise, this requires Customization.

The Shop and category page is not displaying the color swatch for the product variation (Color) for just 2 of the color Attributes. Rest color swatches are displaying. Please check attached images

I have created the Attributes as Color and then Set variations and Save Chages, which then shows on Swatches tab, where I choose colors. The same way it is showing in the product (with variation) from your Demo content. As shown below-

The color swatches showing in the sidebar for filters are coming from Products >> Attributes and you have to set the color for those attributes from their Products >> Attributes >> Configure https://pasteboard.co/Jo2943sMgBWs.png by editing the particular color: https://pasteboard.co/oGjY8nZBaHRb.png

Just one thing, does that mean, that in order to show color swatches in Sidebars for Filters as well as on the Main Product pages, we have to SET the same color swatches from 2 different locations separately, and each time, we are adding New product.
Means, for product pages, we have to Set from – All Products >> Edit any Product >> Product Data > Swatches.
And for,
Sidebar filters, we again have to Set from – Products >> Attributes >> Configure.
And, how to match the same colors that we used on the Product page, with that on the Sidebar for Filter or viceversa.
Do we have to use the exact same Hex Value and copy and paste it to other location.
Is that correct. I hope this is the only way to match the exact color on both areas.

No need to set the color for those attributes from Single Product Page, but you have to set the colors for those attributes from Products >> Attributes as I described above and after that, you just have to select those attributes for products by editing the single product page and it will work for you.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Judge.me Product Reviews for WooCommerce plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.
