We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however it will be listed in the change log.
We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.9 yet, however you can use this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
Demo content of the theme is built with Elementor and all of the features displayed in the demo can be achieved with theme options and free Elementor version. For more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.
Since our themes are sold exclusively on ThemeForest, refunds are handled on Envato Market directly as explained in this article, and we do follow official Envato Market refund policy which you can check in this link.

Hi, when installing, I get the code ‘Code is already registered for other domain’ the other domain with install was deactivated, so how can I proceed with this registration?
Instead of getting ‘Code is already registered for other domain’, there should be a way to unregister the domain name, since the basics of theme install is not possible with demos.

Okay so just to be clear if I wanted that logo created like that it would have to be done from a psd file provided by you ..its not styled that way from like CSS or anything?

Once you import the demo content you will get all the content that you can see on our website demo, and you will be able to customize the logo to your needs on your end. If this is what you wish. To customize our themes demo logo to your needs.
It is not styled with CSS and it is an image that you upload. You will have to edit it yes.

The reason most people purchase themes is so they wont have to build a website from scratch..I can’t even believe that you would suggest that the theme is compatible with wpbakery and then tell me that the demo is not I would have to build the entire site from scratch..How exactly is that compatible if i have to rebuild the site? I want you to process my refund immediately if I can’t edit pages with wpBakery then its not compatible. I will take up my grievance with not just Envato but my bank if need be!

The native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. So this is how it is compatible with the WPBakery plugin, since you can use all our themes shortcodes with WPBakery, however it does not come included within our theme, nor it is stated differently, and you will need to build your content from scratch if you intend to use it.

I have recently purchased your item. I am unable to save menu items. I have tried adding below 2 lines in php.ini & user.ini files too.
