Yes you can build this theme with Magzine. It comes with integrated review features so it doesn’t require this plugin.

Hey GP. So great to see Socializer in this theme bundle. I love that layout and plan to convert our site to this one. Before I do though, I just have some questions to make sure we don’t run into any roadblocks.
We currently use Aardvark for the site – www.musicindustrycity.com Since it’s built on Bakery and this one is on Elementor – is there anything that I should be aware of when converting over?
We also use Paid Membership Pro, LearnDash, WooCommerce, EventsManager Pro, and of course bb and Buddy.
We also have an Elementor Pro account which I can add to this site.
Just want to make sure we could still use all these before I buy.

It depends on if you intend to keep WPBakery Page Builder activated when using Magzine. If you disable it, anything built with WPB will be lost. By default only the homepages in Aardvark were built with WPB and if you intend to use the Magzine Socializer homepage, losing the Aardvark homepage will be fine. Any custom pages built with WPB will be lost if WPB is deactivated.
All those plugins should work with Magzine.
Got it. I actually did purchase it and already going through the motions. Thanks for the heads up with WPB – it looks like I have to keep it on for a bit as I slowly convert the post/pages over Elementor.

Pre-sale question: Hello, I am trying to import the demo site “socializer” because I have a bbpress forum and want to have it nicely integrated. However, the forum page does not import with the rest of the demo site. And I have no idea how to recreate from scratch a forum page, can you help? This is the only thing still preventing me from purchasing,

Hi, thanks for the response. Yes I do, in all respect I am testing the theme with a nulled version and will purchase right away with no hesitation if I figure out the theme gives the features I need. As said, this is a pre-sale question, I am only testing it right now and purchase will follow if the theme fits my need. Hope you understand.

Magzine allows you to build your own website. With Huber you were limited to how your pages looked and where things would go, with Magzine you can create completely custom pages using the drag and drop page builder. There’s also a ton of prebuilt web pages for you to use.
Magzine has many more review features e.g. not limited to rating out of 10 or lower, multiple preset rating designs to choose from, plus the ability to create your own custom design. Show a breakdown of user ratings.
More update to date coding for better page speed score and load times.
Better SEO practices.
Also take a look at all the features listed on the item page.
Just wanted to say happy to see that the new update fixed the issue with not being able to see the post preview when it wasn’t published. Saves me from updating the post once it already was published to catch mistakes.

I’m not familiar with posting excel spreadsheets in WordPress sites. I don’t believe WordPress supports this be default, so you’d need to use a plugin to do this.
I love this theme, you can create always what you want. I have a couple of Questions:

The theme is compatible with WooCommerce.
WooCommerce has its own templates, so it will not be like the Game Affiliate demo which is built using Elementor.
However there are plans to add more WooCommerce integration in the future.

In this context it’s used to submit a review for this game, but you don’t have to use it like that. You can just have it so a new post is created without any attachment to a game. You can specify which categories/tags it’s assigned to or allow the user to do that.
