Hi, when we purchase this, will you send us minified script files or not? I mean in your current theme, function.js has variable names like a,b,c,e. We want it like var header, var sidebar. Full names of each variable.

Hi, I updated wordpress to 5.7.2 and also the theme to version 2.6. Since than, the website is no longer working. The screen is all white. What should I do to resolve the problem.

Most likely you should flush the cache of the browser and in the cache plugin, if you use some. Also, please make sure that you have updated all plugins and Polo Extension. If it doesn’t help, try to upload the latest version again.

I have got another issue with the slider and I tried to submit a ticket at https://support.crumina.net/help-center/tickets/new but I couldn’t sign in with Envato API which I used to be able to sign in with a couple of months ago and I do still have 2 months of support remaining but I have got a message saying “You do not have any supported purchases” after clicking sign in with Envato instead on the website. Do I have to sign up a new account at https://support.crumina.net/ ?? Can you please help me with this issue ??

I installed font awesome plug-in. Can I use the font awesome icons as a menu icon ? Or should I prepare something for this ?

It’s not Very simple process to add new icons. But also that process not very hard )

You need to edit functions.php file of Polo Child theme and add your own icons classes list with follow function:

in this function you need to create icons array with you own icon classes

for example for Font Awesome you need to replace

'my-icon my-icon-gear',
with FA5 icons classes:
 'fas fa-angry',
 'fas fa-anchor',
 'Other Icon Classes',

On the mobile version of my website, I don’t get to see the 3rd level in my navigation structure (Main menu-item > Sub menu-item > Actual item). Pages remain hidden and are therefore not visitable. Any fix ??

Just a heads up that Wordpress 5.6.2 broke the grid lines on the “clients” grid view element. They no longer show. Worked fine with 5.5.3. Tested by trying with 5.5.3 then updating to 5.6.2 with no other changes and grid lines disappeared.

Also, the “circle” team member elements are now broken. They put a square box inside the circle instead of the circle becoming the masking object.

One more minor cosmetic issue that seems to have been the result of the update: tags on the blog index page “post info” meta block have lost the space character if there are more than one word for a tag. For example a tag of “health and fitness” looks like “healthandfitness” in the meta block. It’s good on the single post page, this only affects the blog index page.

Thanks for your question! Generally, the theme is supported until it’s available for purchase. Recently we’ve upgraded the Polo theme and have no plans to stop supporting it.

I’m sorry not to be clear enough, so I’d like to extend my reply! In the last update, we upgraded all the theme components, fixed all the known bugs, improved demo data import functionality, adjusted the theme to all the recent Envato requirements, and made many other small improvements. Taking into account all these factors, we hope that the Polo theme will be available not less than for a few years, but more ;) Unfortunately, we can’t predict the existence of this theme that further.

Hi there. Its a great theme and I wonder if it’s possible to edit the content of footer ?? I’ve created a onepage layout based on your template.

I like the defualt layout of footer and I am trying to change the details for contact like address, email, phone number as well as opening hours, twitter and newsletter subscription. I’ve tried the page options where it only allows me to do the following:

1: Change the footer color scheme 2: Enable footer content section 3: Choose footer top panel style 4: Upload footer logotype pictogram 5: Add footer logotype link 6: Open logotype link in new tab 7: Hide footer text 8: Add / Edit footer text 9: Hide separator after footer text

I’ve also tried the theme options and I still can not find any option that allows me to edit the footer content like contact details, opening hours, twitter and newsletter subscribtion.

Could you please tell me how I can edit the footer content like cotact details, opening hours, twitter and newsletter subscribiton ?? Thank You

For editing the color of hyperlinks you need to add an extra class here https://jmp.sh/TEVAkDd and then use the following CSS code:

.custom-links-colors a:hover {  color: lightblue; }

Of course, the color value can be changed according to your needs :)

I have an issue with font. I created an onepage website based on one of the polo template called Fashion and I changed the original font to some other font which is already in the font sets that come with the Polo theme baiscailly its not the default font.

what happened after I changed the font is that the font I would like to change to can only be seen on my desktop browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Fire Fox but strangley when I tried to view the website on iPad in Safari where I cound’t see the font I have changed to and it doesn’t even show the orignail font that is set by default in the template and its the same with the iPad version of Google Chrome ?

Can you please tell me what may have caused the issue with the font and let me know how I can resolve the issue ?? Many thanks

We have taken over the management for 2 websites using the Polo theme. The old developer used his licence for both sites. Since he no longer manages the sites we have repurchased the theme.

How do we upgrade the old dev’s theme? We installed Envanto Market but it says the old theme is up-to-date (or just doesnt check?).

I beleivhe installing the new version of the theme will essentially be a fresh install and we will lose any customization.

Is thihs correct?

BTW, I forgot to mention that you need to make sure that all your site customizations were made in the child theme! In this case, you don’t need to wary about updating the theme as your customizations won’t be affected. I don’t understand why all my web becomes blank, white blank. after update v.5.6… I really don’t know what to say about this theme.

It’s very simple. That happened because you forgot to update theme. We added compatibility with WP 5.6 mare then 2 weeks ago.

I already update to v.1.9.9. I’m pretty sure still white blank, already do the usual drill, disable all plugin. Still same, I found the solution, downgrade to v.5.3.3 and it’s work.

That’s can be some cache? On your server, or plugin, or browser?

hi, the WPBakery Page Builder needs a licence key to upgrade it so i can no longer update the theme via frontend page builder, can you help me with this?

Please, pay attention that WPBakery is a bundled plugin, which you didn’t buy separately. We have an extended license for it which lets us include this plugin into a theme package, but unfortunately, it doesn’t allow us to include purchase code for it.

Hello, I need to add a Yelp social media link on the top bar, Yelp is not on the list, can you help?

Also, the list on a contact section on the home page (a section that it present in several of your demos) has a longer list of Social Media links that the one in the Theme Options for the topbar. Take a look and please advise.
