is there a way to stop the header from scrolling? customer wants just the info shown, no scrolling. They are using header style 14 at this moment. Cant seem to find this in the documents available.

Hi, First of all, I am happy to use the Healsoul theme. I have one small request, though.
I am busy optimizing the loading speed and performance for a website of a client of ours, when I stumbled across a CLS issue. The CLS issue was caused by the delayed execution of an inline script that was added by the Healsoul theme.
That script adds additional CSS to the stylesheet with id ‘healsoul-style-inline-css’. The script that does this is added to the footer instead of the head, which causes the delay in execution. Could you add the script to the head instead of the footer, and perhaps add an ID to it (in case I need to exclude the script from optimizations)?

I have been busy optimizing many websites, so I know a lot about speed optimization.
I have done what I could to speed up this website, but it seems like the bigger part of the slowness is caused by the Healsoul theme. We see more people in the comments have the same problem with speed and this theme.
There are practices done by the Healsoul theme that I don’t understand.
CSS (127kB transferred, 807kB uncompressed) - Adding 30KB of inline CSS by default - Adding 40KB of inline CSS through JavaScript located in the footer (which causes a big reflow
JavaScript (110kB transferred, 530kB uncompressed) - Adding classes to the through JavaScript (mobile-menu, loaded), which causes reflows (since there is a delay before it is executed) - Adding 110KB of JavaScript by default, which is 530KB of JavaScript uncompressed that has to be evaluated by the browser
I hope you can fix this, because otherwise I can not get this website to be fast on mobile devices at all.
We are currently using WP rocket.
You can also try LiteSpeed Cache plugin to optimize/minify css/js files as well.

We have already try that before. Impossible to have high score with your theme is this issues cannot be solved. Please try yourself. Theme is looking great, but the code css is too much. We see other developers they are working on their theme when facing this issue. For example woodmart theme a couple of months they bring out a new update with 1/3 css and html of the original, increases score with a lot. Please make something for it. When you merge css it doesn’t work with wp rocket and litespeed with your theme. The theme is broken and the score not increased because the css is to high. Many people on this comments have same problem! You don’t do something about it.
The theme provides many layout formats and different effects so there will be many css / js files generated.
We will test and improve better in the upcoming versions.

Hi, we are unable to upgrade from Theme Version 1.4.3 as it breaks the whole site. Without upgrade itself, many jQuery related errors showing in Inspect mode. Now we cannot add Caregiver as custom post options are loading only partially. How can we handle these errors?

I bought this theme, and it does not show up in the “Downloads” link in themeforest. I was able to download it the first time, now I want the latest version after a month or so of the purchase but it does not show in my purchases/downloads. The theme support team is shunting me to Themeforest, and unfortunately there is no place I can find to reach out the Themeforest. This is horrible can someone help????
Not sure why the Theme support can’t just share a link for me to download the theme, I have the email confirmation with the License code for proof of purchase.
This theme support has been very very bad and responses are late and instead of finding a solution which as simple as sending me link to download they are taking in circles. Be careful about buying any themes from there guys.
To make matters even worse, I had paid extra for one year support and this is what I get – bad bad experience

I am interested in purchasing Healsoul. Questions: - Does the search option have a way of filtering? Is this search customizable in appearance?
- On the main page of the demo it shows a 2 option jump menu for ‘choose a location’ and ‘choose a service’. Do you know if this allows for 5 options versus 2 and can be customized in terms?
- I am looking for a theme that can support a search and filter approach as shown here: https://www.lighthouse.lgbt/search-professionals?insurances=174&page=1. Can this theme option / search result do this?
- Is the 2 option jump menu tied to the search results?

Searching form is default, you can add new location and service. It cannot adding filter like your request.

The theme will update by manual method, we will improve this feature in the next version. About plugin update, they are bundled with the theme, so, users cannot update automatically.
