Please check if you’ve also updated Konsept Core plugin to the latest version listed in change log.
After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi, I recently purchased a support extension as my site stopped loading properly after a wordpress update (never had any issues before). I made the query in the helpcenter but the only answer I got was that the third-party plugins were causing errors in the template, which is not true, since previously everything worked flawlessly. I want the support money back. They didn’t help me at all.

Hey! I’m interested in this theme but wanted to know first if there’s an option for an “offline” shop? as I do need to show the products but no need for cart or online payment since we don’t sell online. Thank you.

Shop functionality is achieved with the WooCommerce plugin, and catalog (offline) mode isn’t available as a standard option. For it, you will need WooCommerceextension
Also, you could consider using some CSS if you want just to hide prices on products, for example, and the login widget does not need to be enabled, as you can remove it.

Hi there! I’m looking into buying this theme. I like the colored clean look. One question: when on mobile, I don’t see any pictures displayed on the first top banner, neither on “furniture store” template nor “interior decor” template (the two i’m interested in). The banners are great and it’s important for me to display images of my products there. Is it something that can be changed in some settings somewhere ? Tweaked somehow ?

In case you’re referring to the first sections on both pages (Furniture store and Interior Decor) please note that these 2 sections are created using the Slider Revolution plugin, and you do have options to tweak and change the look of the slides on mobile stages. I have added Elementor pro and it’s conflicting with Kosept core plugin – i have done all troubleshooting and the conflict is with theme plugin.
I have removed Pro version, cleared all website cache and still I can’t load elementor if the Kore plugin is aktive.

Thanks for taking an interest! First of all, we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.
The theme can be adjusted as you do have many options to tweak so you could definitely build something similar to your existing website.
